DO NOT LIVE HERE! The biggest scam of an apartment complex ever. Absolutely terrible. Apartment was never cleaned, fixed, or even looked at before move in day. Not a single day goes by where we don't have some sort of problem.Not a single week goes by without them shutting the water off. They will randomly add false water charges and other types of charges with no heads up. They gave me late fees after they added false charges to my account after my autopay already went through. This has happened a couple times and I had to manually get it fixed myself. If you ever need anything fixed hopefully you have a full week or two before anyone shows up. The laundry machines have never once worked in 300 Stanton, I've lived here for a year and never one time has all the washers and dryers worked. The laundry is definitely the absolute worst part. Don't expect the dryers to dry your clothes ever and that's if they are even usable in the first place. Absolutely terrible for the insane price. I wouldn't recommend this apartment to my worst enemy. I would've given 0 stars if that was an option. Counting the days till my lease is up!

There is almost always someone smoking cigarettes in the parking garage, which causes the entire area—and even my vehicle—to smell like smoke. The elevators take an excessive amount of time and are frequently filled with trash, which reflects a lack of attention to basic cleanliness and maintenance. The laundry prices are unreasonably high for a building that struggles to keep its common areas clean, and the utility costs are also extremely expensive. Additionally, when concerns are brought to the front office, little seems to get resolved unless residents follow up repeatedly. Tenants should not have to continually push management just to have basic issues addressed.Management should take the time to read and respond to resident reviews, as the condition of 119 Stanton Ave clearly needs significant improvement. While the location of the building is convenient, it does not make up for the numerous ongoing issues.

Charging me extra money every month, always tell me they'll fix it and reimburse it. It has happened every month, still waiting to be reimbursed on some of it. Also didn't charge me rent one month until I notified them. Sick and tired of it, but they won't fix their own issues. At least the students working in the office are nice.

Maintenance team is very friendly and has gone above and beyond for requests. Management is also super helpful. Cade over at Campustown helped me with my resident portal last week! - thanks!

Where do I even begin. Before we moved in, my roommate had to transfer her lease because it was a 1-bed and we needed a 2-bed. They messed up her lease transfer by charging her for both my rent and her rent. I personally went onto her account and paid my half, assuming it was just a mistake, and thought nothing of it. I check my own account and see that I am now being charged for rent. So I called to fix the mistake, and they said they got it all figured out! Wrong. They gave a random person with my same name free rent. It took them 2 weeks to finally fix the problem after consistent calling. Upon moving in, there was no parking to accommodate our U-Haul to get our stuff out, so it was a pain trying to move in. When we walked into the apartment, the bathtub was half full of dirty water from the entire summer. Also, the fridge was too big, and the last tenants did nothing to do with it, so the door wouldn't open all the way and scraped paint off the wall. The dishwasher is rickety and outdated. We are still currently living at 304 Lynn, and we are constantly disappointed by this company. We have no room to move around, there is no kitchen storage, no bathroom storage, and no storage really for anything. You have to pay for laundry, even though the machines are constantly broken. So you basically pay to pad their pockets. They didn't charge my roommate for utilities until December, when they billed her for every month up to that point. They are extremely inconsistent, and they feel greedy and scammy. If you are reading this, pleeeeease do some research and find a different place. The approximation to campus shouldn't be that drawing because they have cyride stations everywhere. You can easily find a place that has the same rent or is even cheaper and that has more space.
