Meadows Crossing, allendale-mi

This was my first year in an apartment since attending Grand Valley and I’m very happy with my apartment choice! Meadows crossing is a very friendly place to stay. But something that stands out to be here is when you have any type of issue like maintenance or even just a question they are fast and reliable.

Mikayla and other office staff members are AMAZING. Every time I come in she and her colleagues are helpful, professional, and extremely personable. I know that when I have a question or issue, they are the best team to ask.

Edit- I moved out 14 days before my lease ended in May and finally got my security deposit back today. They charged me $40 for a ring in the toilet that simply occurs when a toilet has been sitting for a period of time. Not to mention, they charged me and my roommates EACH $25 to clean the fridge and microwave. I was contacted by Karen and Sarah, to which they listened to my concerns and took the time to understand my frustration. They have taken this review into consideration, and said they would change how they are billing cleaning fees going forward.

Meadows has always been very helpful for us since renting out one of their apartments. When there’s an issue, they are always on top of it and send maintenance out almost immediately. They reach out to you whenever you have a missed payment or if there’s any other information we need to know, overall they stay very organized and I would suggest living at meadows to anyone looking for a place to rent in allendale!

This was my first time touring Meadows Crossing Apartments, it was amazing. Julia was a great tour guide, she answered all of my questions and was very informative. This tour definitely exceeded my expectations and I definitely will be leasing!!
