Conifer Creek Townhomes, allendale-mi

I’ve had a really good experience living at Conifer Creek. The community is quiet, safe, and well-maintained, and the staff has always been helpful and responsive whenever I’ve needed anything. I appreciate how clean the grounds are and how easy it is to get things resolved. Overall, it’s been a comfortable and positive place to call home, and I’m happy to recommend it.

My family lived at Conifer for 7 years and was happy living there. If ever needed repairs or service, response time was extremely quick. The staff there are nice and responsive. Would have stayed there, but wanted to house with a yard.

I love it here. Single mom starting over - the neighbors are quiet and its a lovely neighborhood. So many businesses are within walking distance and its an easy hop on the bus to get to Grand Valley. The units are up-to-date and everything is very nice.

Staff is very helpful and kind, however, the 1 bedroom apartments are not as great as they may seem. They are expensive and very small. I could not control the temperature of my apartment, getting up to 77 degrees, and then an email reminding tenants they may not adjust the AC. The walls are laughably thin, I could hear my upstairs neighbor have a conversation at a normal volume. Word. For. Word. I could hear them use the restroom, shower, flush toilets, walk around, cook, etc. And the worst part is, they were just living life at a normal volume, so there was nothing worth complaining about. These apartments were put up fast and cheap. I would say you get what you pay for, but you pay the price of a decent apartment and definitely do not receive that. Also, there are security cameras, but they have never caught any of the malicious activity that takes place. Cars broken into, packages stolen, nothing. I wish I had better things to say about living here, especially because the staff was great. I don't recommend their one bedroom options, spend the extra $100/mo for more space, privacy, and safety.

I had a great experience at conifer creek! I stayed in the new 1 bedroom apartments for a semester when finishing up my final semester of college. The units were clean and very nice! The staff was awesome and worked with me very well to make sure that I had everything I need to feel at home and comfortable. They always worked with a smile and also worked hard to make sure my unit was always in working order. My fraternities house was also owned by the company and was down the road from the main conifer property. The staff was very generous to us and was very accommodating. They did a great job of helping where they could and made things as fair as possible for everyone involved. All around great experience on both properties!
