Campus View Apartments, allendale-mi

My son, Dylan, has been a resident at campus view for this past school year. I will admit, I had my reservations about a college apartment complex and the impact it could have on his academics.But, I have been pleasantly surprised with the security, the events offered, and the sense of community that Campus View has created over this past school year. Of course, this is all contingent on the type of student you have, but the environment created at campus view, gave him the ability to excel both academically and socially, while creating a safe environment for college kids to still have fun, but not run rampant without some type of safety net. The cottage he rented was roomy, clean, and efficient. It was a great introduction into what the next steps in life are. I would strongly recommend you consider Campus View for your students needs.

I really enjoyed my experience touring here! I toured the duplex cottage here and Dylan and Katie were wonderful, very friendly, and extremely helpful. The tour itself was very informational and thorough, they made sure they answered and addressed all questions I may have had and I learned a lot of things I didn’t realize prior to the tour about the homes as well as the other amenities and the campus view community as a whole. It was definitely a good experience and has made me more confident in choosing campus view for myself

Kat gave an amazing tour, very insightful about the whole facility and all of the buildings. As someone who likes to know as much as possible before making a commitment, especially when it comes to living I wanted to take a tour of View to make sure it was the right fit. With Kat’s help I can tell I’m going to feel right at home! (She will also laugh at your parents terrible jokes)

I cannot say enough good things about living here! I absolutely loved my experience. The staff is amazing, friendly, and always willing to help. What you see is truly what you get—affordable housing (highly recommend the cottages), help finding roommates who are the right fit, and incredible amenities. From the pool, hot tubs, pickleball courts, and gym to the Lululemon Mirror, there was always something to enjoy. And let’s not forget the free pizza nights and pool parties that made it so easy to meet people and have fun! If I had to do it all over again, I would choose CV every single time. I’m so grateful for the memories and the community I found here!

I have had an amazing experience living at Campus View! Dylan has been super helpful in answering any questions I have had about our lease or campus view events. He is very knowledgeable and provides clear explanations when answering questions. Don is also amazing and his energy is so positive when he drives the shuttle.
