I’ve lived here for about a year my honest thought I really enjoy this place, great community front office is always nice and quick with responses! No issues maintenance is also super friendly and quick with fixing anything that may need a repair. I can say this place is the best you’re going to get for your buck overall ! Highly recommend renting here

we really like it here, not only is everyone friendly in the office but they answer any questions and are helpful in a timely manner. Also maintenance is endlessly working to keep the property clean and is also quick to get work orders completed. Overall a beautiful place to live

I’ve been on the property for about 3 years now and honestly have nothing but good things to say. I especially wanted to give a huge shoutout to Sam and the maintenance team. These guys have been awesome the entire time we’ve been here. Anytime something comes up, they’re quick to respond, professional, respectful, and they actually care about fixing things the right way. Sam has especially been great to work with. You can tell he takes pride in what he does and genuinely cares about the residents and the property. That kind of attitude goes a long way and really makes a difference. I also want to give credit to the office/property staff as well, especially Rachel, the main property manager. She has always been helpful, professional, and great to communicate with whenever we’ve needed anything. Overall the whole team has made our experience here a positive one and it’s definitely appreciated.

I haven’t had any issues, complaints, or complications during my time here, which says a lot. It’s been a reliable, comfortable place to live, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a well-managed community with an excellent maintenance team who responds to any requests right away.
