Block 75, albany-ny

This is my first time doing any type of apartment hunting alone and honestly my experience has been nothing but amazing. I signed the lease early and recently saw the unit with Mya. I loved her energy and she gave me great recommendations from personal experience. The leasing manager Deandre also did a phenomenal job at answering my multitude of questions. I love the environment Block 75 provides and ai can’t wait to move into my new home :)

I Went on a tour with a couple of friends and had a great experience. The property was clean, welcoming, and had a great atmosphere. The staff was friendly, answered all of our questions, and made the tour enjoyable. Definitely one of the best apartments we’ve visited! Also, shoutout to the person that gave us a tour I forgot his name.

I recently went on a tour and it was and loved it! Rasheem did a great job of guiding and explaining the different rooms and pricing. He answered all my questions clearly and thoroughly which I really appreciated and took the time to break everything down! The building itself was very clean and looked just like the picture. I would def recommend Block 75 if you’re looking affordable off campus housing.

Overall, it’s been a comfortable place to live, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a place that is homey.
