DO NOT AND I REPEAT DO NOT LIVE IN THESE APARTMENTS!! if you want to live with MOLD WATER LEAKS AND MICE WELL THIS THE PLACE FOR YOU! management horrible! Maintenance they don’t FIX ANYTHING and will blame you for everything knowing it’s been broken 🙄 you all better take before pictures otherwise she will try to evict you if you call CODE ENFORCEMENT Ashante White tried it with me! Ashante White needs to be out that office! And they need to remodel them whole apartment buildings if I can give it a NEGATIVE REVIEW I WOULD! Oh my AC was out too and ashante white cancel my orders all bc she lost! And made my children and I stay in a 84 degree apartment! AND YES I HAVE PICTURES TO PROVE IT BEWARE OF THESE APARTMENTS PLEASE !

communication is horrible i’m supposed to move in, in 3 days & haven’t been able to talk to someone in a whole week+. phone keep going to voicemail, no email response. this whole process has been frustrating and long.

I have live in Brierwood Pointe apartments for 13 years. I have seen managers/managements come and go. But they have a young lady named Jakesya in the front office now. She is wonderful. I look forward to going into the office when paying my rent. She is helpful, friendly, and always willing to help. I hope they NEVER lose her. If you need something done she makes sure it is taken care of. Thank you Brierwood for hiring someone who does her job with a smile. And who does an AMAZING JOB.
