I have had a great experience living in this apartment. The property is well-maintained, and clean, making it a comfortable place to call home. What stands out most is the management team. They are always friendly, professional, and quick to respond whenever I have questions or need assistance.

Honest review of this place after living here for 2 years. They weren't perfect - we did have some issues from broken A/C to maintenance stealing our stuff to multiple property managers. However, for the most part, they were good to my roommates and I and mostly took care of the situations that happened. They left us alone and let us live in peace safely. I appreciated my time at the Depot.

Janella was more than amazing! she sold me on the apartment the minute she talk to me. I just moved to Ohio and I am already loving the area thanks to Janella at Depot Apartments

I won’t lie the idea of the depot sounds great but there’s so many unpleasant things about living here. For starters, the elevator is literally always broken. I do mean always. Management is also unhelpful at best. They need a different system for package delivery. If the office is closed, good luck making sure your package is safely put somewhere. Rent continues to go up while amenities don’t. WiFi is awful. You’re better off spending your money somewhere else😬

0 stars. Do not rent here if you can and if you do I hope you don't have an experience like mine with this awful, horrible and shady company. I complained to them about my roommate who was gaming loudly from sometimes in the afternoon until 5am especially on weekdays. They told me to call security on her, put a "note" to all the roommates, and to record her. I said no I'm not calling security or putting a note because that would only worsen the situation. I showed them text message proof of the roommate even acknowledging she would be quieter. Yet it still continued, and they still demanded proof that I should record her, which is illegal because you cannot record someone without their permission in a private place. When I moved out, I cited that I could not sleep or study since there was always noise in the morning and night. They claimed they didn't respond to me because they thought the issue was resolved. Yet they never responded to my last email. They claimed since I didn't follow up they did not respond. But they were the ones who never replied back to me. I had to move out right after midterms telling them because they could not provide an adequate living space where tentanrs can actually sleep and stay in the apartment. Two people from the leasing office threatened me stating it's my fault for never responding to them (again they never responded to me). When I did go into the office to let them know the first time, one girl smirked at me and seemed to find everything so amusing, making me never want to go there again. You have to pay over $1000 to move in for a week then pay rent the next week on the first. They want the money for me breaking my lease yet they can't even provide me what they say they say in the lease - living accomodations for all the rent and extra charges they charge. I kept all the email proof of both people harassing and gaslighting me for saying I never followed up, and for saying I need to record the roommate. They could not just believe me and accept that they failed to provide a sufficient living place yet they want over $5396.86 for me breaking the lease. Edit to also add: They never offered in any emails to move me to another room, apartment or to talk to the roommate, which is why I moved out. I asked them how can someone pay for somewhere to sleep when they can't even SLEEP there. When the management never offered to move them or give them a reasonable option? Why would they continue to keep living and paying there? If the management had done their job, instead of ignoring me, they would have had payment from paying tenant...but I guess they choose who they want to help and who they don't care to help.
