The Depot Apartments, akron-oh

I have had a great experience living in this apartment. The property is well-maintained, and clean, making it a comfortable place to call home. What stands out most is the management team. They are always friendly, professional, and quick to respond whenever I have questions or need assistance.

Honest review of this place after living here for 2 years. They weren't perfect - we did have some issues from broken A/C to maintenance stealing our stuff to multiple property managers. However, for the most part, they were good to my roommates and I and mostly took care of the situations that happened. They left us alone and let us live in peace safely. I appreciated my time at the Depot.

I’ve had a pretty good experience living here overall. The staff is understanding, and good with communication whenever I have questions or concerns. I also appreciate that they offer helpful options and flexibility when it comes to late rent situations, which can really help during stressful times. Maintenance requests could sometimes be completed a little faster, but I also understand that there are a lot of residents and a high volume of requests being handled. Overall, Its been a good place to live.

I've lived in this community for 2 years, and I've never had any issues with anything. The staff here are extremely friendly and helpful. Everything is easy to find, and the location is awesome! It's a great place, and I'm honored to have called it home.

I won’t lie the idea of the depot sounds great but there’s so many unpleasant things about living here. For starters, the elevator is literally always broken. I do mean always. Management is also unhelpful at best. They need a different system for package delivery. If the office is closed, good luck making sure your package is safely put somewhere. Rent continues to go up while amenities don’t. WiFi is awful. You’re better off spending your money somewhere else😬
