This fantastic 4 bedroom student house has had a Student Cribs make over and would be the perfect home for a group of friends looking to live together in their final years of University. Each of the bedrooms comes fully furnished to a great standard, ready for you to move in including a double bed, small flat screen TV, desk and chair as well as plenty of storage space provided as standard.
The lounge is the perfect place to relax with friends after a long day of lectures and the kitchen comes fully equipped with an oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, and washing machine.
Cauldon Road is a great location to live in because of its close proximity to both local amenities and also the University campus. Staffordshire University is just a 4 minute walk away, getting you to lectures in no time at all and Keele University is a 40 minute bus ride away.
Located just opposite Cauldon Park and down the road from local food stores and shops, as well as being just a 25 minute walk or a 17 minute bus ride away from the city centre, everything you need is close by.
