This brilliant 4 bedroom student house is ready for you to move in! Each of the 4 bedrooms comes fully furnished with a double bed, small TV, desk and chair and plenty of storage space. There is a toilet on the ground floor and a bathroom on the first floor. The lounge has comfy sofas and a flat screen television, perfect for relaxing, and the kitchen also comes fully equipped with all the necessary appliances .Cauldon Road is a great location to live in because of its close proximity to everything. Staffordshire University is practically on your doorstep living here, just a 4 minute walk away and Keele University is a 40 minute bus ride away, making it a hugely popular area amongst students.
Cauldon Park is located just across the road and there are local food stores and shops within the area. Cauldon Road is just a 25 minute walk or a 17 minute bus ride away from the city centre, so everything you’ll ever need is extremely close by.
