Stayed here for a year now and have to say it’s the friendliest accommodation I’ve stayed in by far staff are incredible and always happy to help especially the building managers Pepa and Jayden. Plus the rooms are lovely and if there’s ever any problems our on site maintenance man David will fix it.

I stayed at Q Studios from September 2024 to August 2025, and my experience there was exceptional from start to finish. As a student, finding accommodation that is comfortable, reliable, and well-managed can be challenging, but Q Studios exceeded all my expectations. The building is modern and secure, and the facilities are genuinely high quality. My room was clean, well-designed, and equipped with everything I needed for both studying and day-to-day living. The common areas were always tidy and well maintained, creating a friendly and welcoming environment for all residents. What truly set Q Studios apart was the outstanding service. The accommodation manager, Pepa, played a huge role in making my stay so enjoyable. She was consistently supportive, approachable, and incredibly efficient whenever I needed assistance. Whether it was a maintenance request, general enquiry, or small day-to-day concern, she always handled it promptly and professionally. Her warm attitude and genuine care for students made a big difference, and it’s clear she takes great pride in ensuring everyone has a positive experience. I can confidently say she was the best accommodation manager I’ve ever had. I would also like to mention Esa, Haneefa, and Charli from the staff, who were extremely supportive and friendly throughout my stay. Their positive attitude and willingness to help contributed greatly to the welcoming atmosphere at Q Studios, and I truly appreciated their efforts. Overall, Q Studios was a fantastic place to live, and I would highly recommend it to any student looking for a comfortable, safe, and well-run accommodation option. My stay there was truly a highlight of my university year.

I have been living at Q for a couple of years now. There has been and chnage of management during my time here and in my opinion the best has only become alot better. I have had a quite a challanging time with univeristy and within my own personal life. Not once have i been made to feel like anything has been too much of an issue or a problem. Not only is the support from the management staff amazing but also the student ambassadors themselves. Nothing ever seems to be an issue not matter the time of day or night. Pepa & Charlie are a credit to Cloud without them the place wouldnt be like a home for home.

Q studios is hands down the best accommodation I’ve ever stayed at!! The rooms are modern which was a massive selling point considering some of the other places available in stoke. Management and the rest of the accommodation team have been so friendly and helpful during my almost 3 years living here
