Rosedale Court, Newcastle Upon Tyne

Opened in 2015, Rosedale Court is the second largest building in Portland Green Student Village and one of the most loved by students. Rosedale offers great communal living with en-suite rooms throughout. Its courtyard is a hub for outdoor meet-ups with ample seating and grass areas to sit and chill with friends. Rosedale Court is home to the village gym, which residents across Portland Green have access to. The gym is a favourite of many of our students, with some choosing Rosedale specifically for its ease of access to the gym facilities.
