Manchester has a large student population, and living near the main university areas can make a noticeable difference to daily travel. New Medlock House Manchester sits on Chester Street, with several campuses, transport links, shops and places to eat within easy reach. That makes it a practical base for students who want to spend less time commuting and more time around the city.
The property has a wide mix of accommodation, including studios, en-suite rooms and non-en-suite rooms. Students can choose between private living and shared flats depending on their budget and preferences. Bills, Wi-Fi and contents insurance are included, while facilities such as study areas, a dance studio, music room, laundry and bike storage cover several everyday needs.
New Medlock House gives students several ways to arrange their living space. The accommodation ranges from shared flats with non-en-suite or en-suite bedrooms to self-contained studios, so the choice largely comes down to how much private space you want and what you are comfortable spending.
There is plenty happening outside the bedrooms too. These facilities can be particularly useful for students who want to keep up with hobbies during term time.
The property also has on-site management and maintenance teams. Security measures include CCTV, secure entry and 24-hour staff, while practical facilities such as laundry, printing and bike storage make day-to-day living easier.
Students searching for New Medlock House Manchester accommodation can therefore choose between different room layouts without giving up access to the same wider property facilities.

new med is really nice however some rooms/ flats are a lot smaller then others and it really is luck based on what type of room you get. it is unfair that some people pay the same and get more but there’s nothing you can do about that
