6 Bedroom House at 23, Haydn Avenue, manchester

Had a great experience living here, the rooms are lovely. The staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating especially Liam and Ally. Definitely enjoyed my final year of university living here.

Liam has always been fantastic. Hes always there to help anyone who needs it and I couldn't imagine a better place to have settled in. The accommodation is top standard and the rooms are amazing. Definitely recommend booking if you're looking for places.

It has been a long time for me to leave my feedback for Allen Court. All the stuff are friendly and very kind to offer any help. This area is silent and safe, facing one beautiful park, so you can do some exercises there. Also very convenient for students to go to the university, you can take several buses. I spent a extremely great time here! xx

Enjoyed my stay :) Pros - staff go above and beyond (Ali and Liam!!), so helpful and sweet - social events always put on , frequent free drinks and snacks in reception - Loft ensuite are reasonably sized and priced - bus stop to unis/ town a 2 minute walk Cons - a little mold in bathrooms, does get addressed by maintenance but comes back - entrance doors to flats are not locked, only individual rooms and main entrance (safety concern) - reception is not 24/7 ( which would be helpful regarding lockouts)

I’ve had a great experience living here so far and can honestly say the accommodation has been well looked after throughout my stay. Any issues I’ve had have been dealt with quickly and efficiently. The staff at Allen Court are genuinely amazing. Liam is always friendly and incredibly helpful. Repairs are sorted promptly and properly, and he always takes the time to have a nice chat. Ally is also super friendly and approachable, and is always happy to help! Overall, a really positive experience and I think a large portion of that is down to the staff :)
