About this property
Choosing where to live in London involves more than finding a room that fits your budget. The distance to university, the cost of household bills and the facilities available at the property can all shape your routine once term starts.
Station Court student accommodation brings these practical details together at 158 High Road, with private en-suite rooms, study areas and shared spaces available within the residence. Its North London location also keeps shops, cafés, libraries and public transport within reach, which can make everyday errands easier to manage alongside lectures and coursework.
For students moving to London for university, Station Court offers a place where studying, meeting other residents and managing day-to-day life can all happen without making every task feel like a separate journey.
Student life rarely follows a fixed schedule. One day might be taken up with lectures and seminars, while another leaves you working on an assignment until the evening. Having somewhere to study, relax and catch up with other people in between can make a difference.
Station Court accommodation offers private en-suite rooms alongside shared facilities within the residence. Students have access to study rooms and printing facilities for university work, while the common room, cinema room and other social areas provide somewhere to spend time away from their desks.
There are practical facilities as well. On-site laundry, bike storage, recycling facilities and maintenance support are available within the property. Security features include CCTV, secure door entry, fire safety systems and a 24-hour concierge.
The result is a student residence that covers the basics of living away from home without requiring residents to arrange every service themselves.
Address: Station Court, 158 High Road, Page Green Terrace, London N15 4NU, United Kingdom
If you're looking for the Station Court address, the property is located on High Road in North London.
The surrounding area gives students access to several places they are likely to use during the week. Tesco is nearby for groceries and everyday essentials, while Hideaway Coffee offers somewhere to stop for a drink between classes. Pa Station London is another nearby option when you're looking for a meal.
Students who prefer working outside their accommodation can make use of nearby libraries, including Islington North Library and Palmers Green Library. The British Library is also accessible for students who want access to a larger collection and additional study space.
When you need some time away from coursework, Ducketts Common provides nearby green space. Covent Garden is further into central London and gives students another option for shopping, eating out and spending a weekend afternoon.
There is no single feature that makes accommodation right for every student. Some care most about the room itself, while others place more value on study facilities, shared spaces, security or keeping their monthly expenses predictable.
Station Court student accommodation brings several of these considerations together under one roof.
Students can benefit from:
Private en-suite rooms across several room categories.
Electricity, gas, water, Wi-Fi and contents insurance included in the rent.
Study rooms and printing facilities for coursework and university work.
A common room, cinema room and shared social spaces.
On-site laundry facilities.
Bike storage and recycling facilities.
On-site maintenance support.
CCTV monitoring and secure door entry.
Fire safety systems.
A 24-hour concierge service.
Access to London's wider transport network.
For students comparing Station Court accommodation with other London residences, the combination of private rooms, shared facilities and inclusive bills is worth considering alongside the location.
Station Court accommodation has several en-suite room categories, giving students a choice based on their budget and the amount of space they need.

Weekly prices and availability can change depending on the tenancy period and the rooms available at the time of booking.
All listed room types include a private bathroom. Wi-Fi, utility bills and contents insurance are also included within the weekly rent.
Starting from £229 per week, the Small Standard Double En-suite is the lower-priced room option currently listed at Station Court.
It gives students a private bedroom and en-suite bathroom, along with the facilities and shared areas available throughout the residence. It can suit students who want their own bathroom while keeping their weekly accommodation cost lower than some of the larger room categories.
The standard En-suite starts from £274 per week.
Students choosing this option have their own private bathroom and bedroom, while the property's communal facilities remain available for study and socialising. It offers a straightforward setup for students who want more privacy within a shared student residence.
The Classic En-suite is also available, although its current price is listed as available on request.
Like the other en-suite options, it gives students a private bathroom alongside access to the shared facilities at Station Court. Students considering this room should check the latest availability and weekly rate before making a booking.
One of the practical points to consider when comparing London accommodation is whether the advertised rent covers household bills.
At Station Court student accommodation, several of the main costs are already included in the weekly rent.
Your accommodation fee covers:
High-speed Wi-Fi
Electricity
Gas
Water
Contents insurance
Having these costs included means students do not have to arrange separate utility accounts for the services covered by the property.
It also makes it easier to work out your accommodation budget before moving in. Rather than paying one amount for the room and then adding several household bills later, the main utilities are already part of the weekly rent.
A student residence needs to work for more than just sleeping between lectures. There will be days when you need somewhere quiet to finish an assignment, evenings when you want to spend time with friends and weeks when practical services such as laundry or maintenance become more important.
The facilities at Station Court cover each of these parts of student life.
Residents have access to:
Study rooms
Printing facilities
The study rooms provide an alternative to working from your bedroom, which can be useful when you need a quieter setting for revision, coursework or group work.
Printing facilities are also available within the residence, giving students another practical resource for university assignments and other documents.
Station Court has several communal areas where residents can spend time outside their rooms.
These include:
Common room
Cinema room
Social spaces
The common room provides a general space to sit and meet other residents, while the cinema room offers something different for evenings when you want to take a break from studying. The additional social areas give residents more room to interact without having to leave the building.
The property also includes facilities that deal with routine tasks during the academic year.
Residents have access to:
On-site laundry
Bike storage
Recycling facilities
On-site maintenance
The laundry facilities mean students can manage washing within the property, while bike storage is useful for residents who cycle around London. Recycling facilities and on-site maintenance take care of some of the less noticeable but necessary parts of everyday accommodation.
Security and resident support are also part of the accommodation setup.
Facilities include:
24-hour concierge
CCTV monitoring
Secure door entry
Fire alarm system
The 24-hour concierge provides support throughout the day and night, while CCTV and secure door entry help manage access to the residence. Fire safety equipment is also in place as part of the property's safety provisions.
Living in North London gives students the option of travelling to different parts of the capital rather than limiting their university choices to one immediate neighbourhood. For students with regular lectures, seminars, library sessions or placements, having several transport routes available can make a noticeable difference to the daily commute.
Station Court student accommodation is within practical travelling distance of several London universities.
|
University |
Location & Access |

Reachable by public transport via routes serving Tottenham Hale or Seven Sisters. |

Accessible by public transport towards central London, including routes via Tottenham Hale. |

|
City, University of London |
Regular public transport connections provide access to the university's central London location. |
|
Within commuting distance of central London, making the property an option for students studying at LSE. |
Students at Queen Mary University of London can travel towards the university using the wider North and East London transport network. UCL, City, University of London and LSE are located further towards central London, but the city's extensive public transport system gives students several ways of reaching their campuses.
This can be useful for students whose university routine changes from one day to another. A lecture might take place on campus in the morning, followed by a library session or society activity elsewhere in London later in the day. Living at Station Court gives students a North London base without placing them too far from the central parts of the city.
London's transport network is one of the main factors students consider when choosing accommodation. The ability to combine Underground services, buses and other public transport options can make commuting across the capital much easier than relying on one route.
For residents of Station Court accommodation, local connections make it possible to travel towards universities, shopping areas and central London.
The Underground is one of the most useful ways to travel around London, particularly for students commuting to central university campuses.
The supplied transport information highlights connections through Tottenham Hale and nearby North London routes. These can be useful for students travelling towards central London or changing services to reach their university.
Students should check the current TfL journey planner before travelling, as routes, timetables and service patterns can change.
Local bus stops around the property provide additional connections across North London.
Buses can be particularly useful for shorter journeys or when the Underground does not take you directly to your destination. They also give students another option when travelling to shops, cafés and other nearby places.
One of the advantages of living at Station Court is that students do not have to rely solely on destinations within walking distance. Once connected to London's wider transport network, areas across the capital become accessible for university, work, shopping and social plans.
This is particularly useful for students attending institutions in different parts of London. Rather than changing accommodation every time a campus location differs, students can use the city's transport network to build their commute around their university schedule.
The area around Station Court includes places for everyday shopping, studying, healthcare, exercise and spending time outside university.
Tesco – useful for groceries and everyday essentials.
Covent Garden – a well-known central London destination for shops, restaurants and leisure.
Tesco can cover the smaller shopping trips that form part of a student's weekly routine, while Covent Garden offers a larger choice when you want to spend time in central London.
Students have several library options within the wider area:
The British Library
Islington North Library
Palmers Green Library
Little Free Library
Battersea Library
The British Library is particularly useful for students who need access to extensive collections or want a change from studying at home. Local libraries can provide quieter places to read, revise or work on assignments.
Whittington Hospital
Whittington Hospital provides healthcare services in North London. Students should check the relevant NHS guidance and current service information when seeking medical care.
Ducketts Common is one of the closer green spaces and gives students somewhere to take a short walk or spend time outdoors. The other parks are further across London but offer larger spaces for longer visits when students have more free time.
The Gym Group
Students who prefer exercising outside their accommodation can use The Gym Group as an additional fitness option.
Hideaway Coffee
Pa Station London
Hideaway Coffee provides a nearby option for coffee and a short break, while Pa Station London offers somewhere to grab food without having to travel far.
Accommodation preferences vary considerably from one student to another. Some want a private en-suite room above everything else, while others care more about study facilities, shared spaces or being able to reach different parts of London without a difficult commute.
Station Court accommodation is a sensible option for students who want these features together.
Every listed room type at Station Court is en-suite, giving residents their own private bathroom.
That means students do not need to share bathroom facilities with flatmates, while the common areas and social spaces within the residence still provide opportunities to meet other residents.
Study rooms are available within the property, alongside printing facilities.
These can be useful during periods when coursework starts taking up more of your time. Instead of working in your bedroom every day, you can move to a separate study area when you need a different environment.
The common room, cinema room and other social areas give residents places to spend time outside their bedrooms.
These spaces can be useful for meeting people after moving to London, watching something with other residents or simply taking a break from university work.
Electricity, gas, water, Wi-Fi and contents insurance are included within the rent.
For students working with a fixed budget, having these costs covered makes it easier to calculate the overall cost of accommodation and avoid managing several separate household payments.
On-site laundry, maintenance, bike storage and recycling facilities cover some of the routine tasks associated with student living.
The property also has a 24-hour concierge, CCTV, secure door entry and a fire alarm system. These features can be useful for students who want support and security services available within the residence.
Station Court's North London location does not place students directly beside every university or attraction, but that is offset by the wider transport network.
Students can travel towards central London for university, shopping, cultural attractions and social plans while returning to a residence outside the busiest parts of the city.
Station Court student accommodation in London offers private en-suite rooms alongside study areas, shared spaces and practical facilities for everyday student life. With electricity, gas, water, Wi-Fi and contents insurance included in the rent, students can also keep their accommodation costs easier to manage throughout the academic year.
The property has facilities for different parts of the week, from study rooms and printing facilities to the cinema room, common room and on-site laundry. Security features, maintenance support and a 24-hour concierge add further support for students living away from home.
Its North London location is another factor worth considering. Students can reach universities across the capital using London's public transport network, while nearby shops, cafés, libraries and green spaces provide places for the everyday parts of student life.
For students comparing Station Court accommodation with other London residences, the combination of en-suite rooms, inclusive bills, shared facilities and transport access makes it a practical option for the academic year.

Day 1 - Room curtains are broken. Many cigarette burn marks on the window sill. The window facing to the opposite building window, so once I open the curtains, people can see me from opposite side of the window. I cannot always closed the curtains, because I want light. The room’s bathroom has cigarette smell. Day 2 - I tried to required for changing a different room yesterday after I check in, but still didn’t give me a respond of when and where. They only said they going to fix the curtains, but I request a new room. Day 3 - Also, the kitchen is very dirty, no one clean it. Fruit fly are everywhere in the kitchen almost hundreds, and they are going out from the kitchen. Each time I open my door, flys are come in my room. I am in Room C just right beside the kitchen, I cannot avoid at all. Fruit fly still in my room keep flying. Day 4 - I request for change a new room. They always use no cleaner in the building for excuse keep delay my request. And the receptionist (Isabel) try to convince me to stay saying issue is usual. (See photo, these are not usual at all) Avoid this place for God’s sake. RUN! I did my best to warn you. I said room is nothing like the photo in uhomes (“photo is for commercial use” Gobritanya agent said confidently. Day 5 - eventually I changed a new room but, receptionist name : Isabel and the cleaner that she send to my room without notifying me. Yesterdays I was moved partly my belonging to my new room, because I cannot bring my two heavy luggages to upstairs (floor 2). I look for help if there is any men receptionist here to help, and I asked Isabel, she said no one help, and tomorrow 3pm could be have it. Then I asked her can I leave my belonging in the old room, when someone can help me to move, I’ll check out the old room today Aug.21. She said yes, and promise me no one will come in to my room, and my belonging will be safe. Today 10:15am, a cleaner comes into my old room without any notification to me. She picking up my belonging and turn off my surveillance camera. I was in my new room, and seeing this happen from my phone recording, which is frightened me. I immediately call Station call 24/7, Isabel ask me why she is in my room, Is this because I didn’t locked my room? I said I did lock. She pretend she forget what she promise me yesterday (no one will touch my stuff, come in my room, and check out today when someone here to help). Isabel is not showing any sense of responsibility and apology. She said that I was suppose to check out yesterday. And later I found out she is the person who send the cleaner to my room, but yesterday she is also the person who makes me to trust her that I can leave my belonging in the old room. I feel upset for this, and the kind of bullying happening that makes me feel. How can I trust my belonging is safe in my room when I am away? The receptionist is suppose to help, but she gives me trouble because I trust her. When it comes to privacy and security, how can student accommodation do this? And insist that I should have moved out yesterday? I communicated with her (Isabel). If it really didn't work, she should have found a way for me yesterday instead of promising me is okay, but not notifying me another day, sent someone come into my room moving my stuffs!

The place is amazing. Everything is new or well preserved. The staff is very polite and helpfull. But there is a lot of noise because the other students are very louldy. And the shared areas of the flats are very dirty.

I lived here from September-June for my second year of Uni and really enjoyed it. The staff are wonderful and really accommodating. The flats are comfortable and the location is actually good too. Having an ensuite is lovely and the fortnightly cleaners for the communal areas are thorough. Maintenance team are also good. The kitchens and bedrooms are comfy and spacious, with good facilities for housing 6 flatmates, like two sinks, 6 hobs, two fridges. The flats are well-insulated and warm. The building is tucked away behind houses far from the main road so it's really quiet and peaceful, with some nice views, but just minutes from Seven Sisters station too. It's well-connected to places like Tesco, Sainsbury, and hundreds of shops down High Road like TFC. I used the gym at Finsbury Park as the Victoria line is so fast and frequent, and my commute into UCL was 32 mins. The only cons are the fact that it's pricey-ish (£197 p/w for 6 months, £149 for 10) and located in Zone 3, meaning higher rates of travel and also practically no chance of getting into central on anything but the tube. Washing facilities are also expensive. But otherwise, the place is peaceful, well-maintained, well-managed, well-connected, hassle-free. The wifi is excellent, staff are lovely, water temperate in the taps is also brill. The desk space is amazingly big and perfect for studying. I found it a really pleasant year.
