I’ve had a great experience staying here. The room and the shared kitchen are modern, clean, and well maintained, which makes daily life very comfortable. The accommodation is also located right next to Blackhorse Road Underground station, making it very convenient to travel around London. The reception is staffed 24/7, so there is always someone available to help whenever needed. The staff are friendly and supportive. The accommodation also organizes a variety of social events and activities throughout the year, which is a great way to meet new people and enjoy the community. Overall, I would definitely recommend this student accommodation to other students.

I got bad impression at first but my agents help me rearranging all of the issue pretty quickly (toilet cannot flush, heater is not working, shower had only heat water). They seem to not checking the room before next arrival came ☠️. Moreover, the kitchen had no equipment like they told me before, so I couldn't do any. At first they told me to use staff toilets for 2 days which I needed to walk to another flat in order to use toilet and shower 😔 **pic can be seen from attachment** When I had a problem with laundry and dryer, the person at the reception said I need to pay extra charge for re-wash without any assistance, so I decided to message in the app and they refunded me. Btw, I stayed for 6 weeks with good location (next to blackhorse road station, Victoria line). There are lots of supermarkets around there like Walthamstow central. Except from these I didn't see any more benefits.

I really liked Student Roost. I liked that I could transfer my tenancy if I wanted to move to a different city. I studied at York and was at Student roost Boulevard but during summer I was doing my internship in London. Instead of hustling to find where to stay and pay huge amounts else where, I could just transfer my tenancy to Student roost Mannequin house which is in London and only pay the difference which saved me huge costs and brought a lot of convenience. Special thanks goes to Maryana who is the Senior Manager at Mannequin house, Frank, Sophia the night owl and April Walker at Student Roost Boulevard who have all helped me during my stay at Student Roost for 3 years!

The assistant manager on site Shumon was very friendly, approachable, professional and knowledgeable. Also met Sonia answered all our questions with ease. These apartments are finished to a high standard and it great having a team on site, this place is highly recommended.

I would like to thank the team at Mannequin House, especially Maryana, Jess and Charyl, for their support during my stay. They were always friendly and helpful, and I really appreciated their assistance when I needed help with my move-out arrangements. Their kindness and understanding made a difficult period much easier for me. Thank you again for your support and professionalism. I truly appreciate it.
