I’ve had the best experience here already. The location is perfect, the facilities are always spotless, and the common rooms are great for relaxing after a long day of classes. The staff is what makes this place special; the cleaners are so sweet, and Cristina from the reception is genuinely the loveliest person. She really makes this student accomodation feel like a home. Also, their maintenance is top-notch—if there's an issue, it’s fixed immediately. I really recommend staying here.

The staff are incredible!!! Genuinely make my days when I get to talk to them. The rooms are gorgeous and have plenty of storage space. The place is kept super clean and if anything goes wrong it is sorted normally on the day!

I really enjoy staying here. I feel safe, and the staff are amazing — always friendly, supportive, and helpful in every situation. They make a big difference. The location is also great, with easy access to the city. Highly recommended!

First of all, I would like to thank the Chapter Highbury 2 team very much. I proposed to my girlfriend, and they surprised us by decorating my room. It was a very nice surprise. The reception staff and management are very friendly. They do whatever they can to solve any problems you may have. The dormitory's location is very central. It is right next to Holloway Road station, and you can reach central London in 15 minutes. During the 3 months I stayed, I didn't experience any problems. Thank you for everything, Chapter Highbury 2. I hope I get the chance to stay again ❤️😊

Stayed here for my final year at university after spending a year in Chapter Highbury I. Overall experience of Chapter Highbury II was good. The staff were really friendly and nice, they helped alot when it was needed. For example, if I had a parcel, if I needed to borrow the hoover, if I had any questions. They also were professional as well as friendly during social events. Security/night time staff were nice, could do with not sleeping on the job but we move. Location is perfect if you go to London Met Uni and it’s also right next door to Holloway Road tube station, bus stops that go into the city of London and bike routes as well. It’s a well located area for travelling to places. Only down size is when the Arsenal stadium has something on. The road is a shambles haha but the vibes are good and the fans are always in a good mood - up the gunners. Room - I had a bronze studio - which is basically a bed, a desk, radiator, window, mirror, wardrobe, very small kitchen area and a bathroom with a sink, toilet and shower in. I prefer the smaller studios as it feels more homely and cosy in the winter but in the summer, you need about 10 fans!! I would suggest if you have a lot of things, do not get a bronze studio as the only space you have for boxes, etc, is under the bed or on the shelves. The laundry facilities are decent. Expensive but you are a student living in a high quality accommodation. The common spaces - like the gym, study room, common room, cinema - are all really nice and modern. Pool table is on the wonk and you have to use your own cue because they never have cues with a proper tip. TV works well and you can watch anything. There’s also a vending machine if you want a snack. Give my experience here a 7/10 just because I was a third year uni student, and I didn’t really get involved in much of the social events. However, if I was in my first year of uni, making friends and going out every day, then Chapter Highbury II would be a 10/10 experience for that. I fully recommend staying here if you are studying for a year or even for a couple of months. It’s really accommodating for your specific stay times. Although it’s very expensive, you are paying for a building where you can use water, electricity, all the facilities and get involved in social events for no extra cost. So it’s worth it and you get a great experience out of it.
