We had a great stay at Ark Wembley. The location was perfect for the concert we were attending at the stadium, with just a 10-minute walk to the station, making it really convenient to get around. The room was clean, modern, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. A real highlight was the staff – every member of the team we spoke to was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely happy to help. They went out of their way to answer our questions, made the car parking process really straightforward, and made us feel well looked after from check-in to check-out. Overall, it was a comfortable, stress-free stay in a fantastic location. We’d happily stay at Ark Wembley again and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area for an event.

After having to book here last minute due to our Airbnb being unfit for stay, we were treated with the upmost respect and the rooms were very clean. It’s an excellent location next to Wembley and all staff are really friendly. Extra shout out to Norman who went above and beyond to ensure that we had everything we needed. Excellent stay, and would love to return. Thank you very much !

Honestly I wasn’t even that excited to book this place because the reviews weren’t great, but I was actually really surprised in the best way. The room was way nicer than expected, super clean, big bathroom, and just really comfortable overall. The aircon was insanely good as well, properly freezing which was perfect after being out all day. I stayed a couple nights for Harry Styles and the location was perfect, literally a 5 min walk to the stadium so it couldn’t have been easier! Staff were friendly too and everything just felt a lot better than I thought it would be. Great value for what you get, will stay for very Wembley concert now!

had a really lovely stay at ARK Wembley for a few days. The apartment was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had a very calming, modern feel to it. You can tell a lot of thought has gone into the décor and overall experience — everything felt comfortable and well put together. The location is also great, especially if you want to be around Wembley Park — very convenient and well connected. What truly stood out, though, was the staff. Everyone was incredibly warm and helpful throughout my stay. A special mention to Norman — he was exceptionally kind, welcoming, and made the whole experience feel even more personal and pleasant. Overall, a wonderful place to stay — clean, well-designed, great location, and genuinely lovely people. Would definitely recommend and happily stay again. ✨

Ark Wembley has welcomed me numerous times with excellent service and hospitality. My most recent stay was even more enjoyable with the kindness and warm energy from staff member Norman who went the extra mile to ensure I had a pleasant and comfortable stay.
