I honestly regret booking this accommodation. If I had known about the ongoing construction, I would never have chosen to live here. Main issues: • We were not informed at all before moving in that there would be ongoing construction throughout our stay • The construction noise is extremely disruptive — loud banging, drilling, workers shouting, yelling, and even arguing right outside my window • Noise starts from around 8am until noon, seriously affecting sleep and daily life • Not able to roll up the blinds or open window during the morning because of the construction • This is expected to continue until October 2026 • Many residents have complained, but nothing has been done and no compensation has been offered Maintenance & facilities: • Radiator doesn’t work at all • Sinks and shower drains get blocked very easily • Lift is frequently out of order • Laundry machines are often broken or doesn’t work properly Staff & services: • Nighttime staff are not helpful and don’t seem to know basic information • Was lied to about the cinema room being fully booked when it wasn’t WiFi: • Very weak connection • Disconnects frequently • Doesn’t work at all if you have a tv Kitchen & living space: • Kitchen in 2/3 bed flats is extremely small • Only two hobs, so realistically only one person can cook at a time • Not enough freezer space for 2 people • No proper ventilation, only option is opening the front door Positives: • Good location (Lidl, McDonald’s, 24/7 Asda nearby, close to the station) • Guests allowed (12 nights total with a short break in between) • Free gym next door For £246 per week, this is absolutely not worth it. The few positives are mostly about the location, not the accommodation itself. I understand construction may be necessary for safety reasons, but the lack of transparency before booking and poor handling of complaints is unacceptable. I would not recommend this place.

DO NOT MOVE IN HERE!! BLACK MOLD AND CONSTRUCTION! One of my flatmates had to move rooms because it was infested with black mold! It was so bad, their shower was absolutely infested with black mold, it was under their bed and white mold started appearing in their carpet. Nothing has been done, no compensation given and now it is appearing everywhere on the flat. They have not tried to fix it at all. My other flatmates and I have gotten very sick due to this. The most concerning part is that one of the main maintenance workers informed us that this isn’t the worst he’s seen! Construction was not disclosed to us when we moved in. They have been working on it since September and it is very disruptive. There is arguing, loud banging and drilling every morning. One of the workers harassed one of my flatmate through their window. This place has terrible living conditions, loud construction, lifts constantly out of order, and the front desk takes forever to find a package that has been delivered, even when it is right in front of them. This is not a livable accommodation. Spend your money elsewhere unless you want to get black mold poisoning, woken up with loud construction every morning at 8 am, and harassed by the construction workers!

They conveniently hid a massive construction project from me before moving in. Builders are inches from my window screaming at 8 AM daily—I can't even open my blinds because of the falling debris. Literally nothing works. My kitchen cabinets and range hood have been broken since day 1 with zero repairs. The lifts are constantly broken, showers don't drain, hot water is rare, and the games room is neglected. Factor in paper-thin walls, brick-like mattresses, and highly sensitive 3:30 AM fire alarms, and you'll never sleep. The staff are lovely and the free gym is nice, but it’s 100% not worth your sanity. Counting down the days until my lease is up!

DONT BOOK HERE!! When I first moved in it was clear no one had been in the room to clean and make repairs after the previous tenant had left. Room was dirty, bathroom sink pipe broken, sagging dirty mattress, no desk chair, broken radiator knob, black mould all over the bathroom, hob switching off after 2 minutes, smoking microwave. Since they have stupidly only employed 2 maintenance staff for 17 floors and 7ish? floors in the other building, it took 3 days for someone to come and fix and my room was unusable in the mean time, I only got my chair maybe 3 weeks later. Lifts and escalators are regularly broken, I spoke to maintenance and they said this happens frequently and the company should really just replace all the lifts because they are clearly faulty evidenced by the many many repairs theyve had to do. Disabled students are essentially stuck in their apartments and their only other option is to be temporarily relocated elsewhere which is incredibly disruptive, not to mention how will they even get out of the building to move or in an emergency??? Staff at reception are very rude and lack people skills, the post system gave me a lot of issues where my name wasn't in the system even though my parcel had arrived and reception basically told me to suck it up even though it meant that my parcels could easily be lost and id have no claim that they arrived. Others have said theyve lost their parcels and they wont do anything ahout it. There is also construction happening that I was not aware of when I signed the lease, it starts around 8am and finishes at 5/6pm every single day including saturdays, its very loud and intrusive, builders constantly going past your window, yelling at each other, and it wont be done until october, and even then they said thats only their aim and it could go on longer (october is already a pushed back end date as there were delays). Fire alarms constantly go off, sometimes for stupid things like hair dryers or showers. Night staff have barely any training compared to day staff and are useless, if you have a problem or emergency they wont do anything. There was an incident where someone had pulled the fire alarm at night (4am) and it kept going off every couple of minutes, it was genuinely traumatising (its insanely loud and woke up everybody in both buildings and would keep starting and stopping over the course of 30 mins), night staff had no clue what was going on and didnt do anything, everyone was destressed and confused as to whether they had to leave the building. Even when staff had realised it was a false alarm they couldnt/didnt turn it off. There are constant maintenance checks for a variety of things and room inspections, basically dont expect any privacy, others have said that theyve woken up to staff inside their room which is insane. Considering the extortionate amount i am paying - £310 a week all these problems should be easily fixed by using the profit they make to actually make this place livable. And they have the cheek to raise prices for next year

Construction work is understandable, but the conditions here became unreasonable. Constant drilling and workers repeatedly hammering directly against the walls created noise levels that made normal daily life, studying, and resting difficult for long periods of time. Some rooms even had windows partially blocked by the construction work. The Wi-Fi barely worked properly most days, access around the building was constantly disrupted, and the elevators seemed to break down every couple of weeks. At the very least, the accommodation should clearly inform new tenants about the severity of the construction instead of hiding it in small contract details. There are many better accommodation options around Wembley and London Bridge — avoid this place. At times, the living conditions honestly felt inhumane.…
