Felda House Wembley is reasonably priced and the location is convenient. The daytime reception team, especially Yasmin and Henna, were always friendly, professional, and helpful. There was also another receptionist whose name I can’t remember who was always kind and pleasant to deal with. However, the building has ongoing maintenance issues, particularly with the lifts. Most of the time only one lift seems to be working, and there have been occasions when even that one was out of service. This can be very frustrating, especially for residents living on higher floors. What affected my experience the most was the attitude of Nitin and Nilesh. Rather than making residents feel welcome, interactions with them often felt unnecessarily hostile and confrontational. Their approach to dealing with students came across as disrespectful and unprofessional, which created an unpleasant atmosphere in the building. The accommodation itself deserves credit, as does the daytime reception team, but the lift issues and the conduct of certain members of the security and maintenance staff need serious attention from management.

Felda House Wembley offers good value for money, and overall the accommodation itself is decent. A special mention goes to Yasmin and Henna from the daytime reception team, who were always friendly, professional, and helpful. There was also another lady on the daytime reception team whose name I unfortunately cannot remember, but she was equally kind and welcoming. They understood the actual policies, treated residents with respect, and consistently made the living experience more pleasant. Unfortunately, my experience with some of the night security and maintenance staff, particularly Nitin and Nilesh, was disappointing. Their attitude towards students often felt unnecessarily hostile and unwelcoming. Communication was frequently abrupt and lacked professionalism, which made me feel uncomfortable during my stay. At times, it felt as though residents were being treated as a burden rather than paying tenants. The rating I am leaving is for the accommodation itself and for Yasmin, Henna, the other lovely daytime receptionist, and the rest of the daytime reception team. I hope management invests more effort into training certain members of the night staff on customer service, communication, and how to interact respectfully with residents. A more respectful and professional approach would make a significant difference to the overall resident experience.

Throughout my stay, I often felt that students were treated with suspicion rather than respect. Interactions were frequently unpleasant, and communication could come across as rude and unnecessarily confrontational. Instead of helping residents, they often made simple situations feel stressful and uncomfortable. As an international student, these experiences had a negative impact on my overall time in London and took away from what should have been a positive living experience. Management should seriously consider providing better customer service and communication training to some members of the night staff. My rating is for the accommodation itself and the excellent daytime reception team.

I've been living here for a year and it's been amazing. Love the staff and management and the people I've meet are also amazing. The commute is also 40 mins to central London through tube and with the price being affordable, it was a no brainer for me. Definitely a place you should consider if you're planning to do uni in London.

I had a wonderful stay at Felda House in Wembley. The staff were incredibly helpful and made the experience really comfortable from start to finish. The location is fantastic — the area is convenient with everything you need nearby. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Wembley!
