Are there car parking facilities for when I move in?

Some properties have car parking facilities available for a small charge, please speak to your property team directly if you would like to reserve car parking.

What do I need to bring with me?

When you come to pick up your keys you need to bring some photographic ID.

Do I have to move out during the holidays?

Your room is yours for the full contract period and you don’t need to move out during academic breaks.

Do you provide summer accommodation?

Yes, the summer bookings usually open around March. Keep a look out for pricing and information or contact the property team.

Can I request to move rooms during my tenancy?

You would need to make a formal request to the accommodation team of the property you are residing in. If you request to move rooms during your tenancy you will also be issued with new documents confirming the details of the room move which you will need to sign or accept online. Should your new room be more expensive, then you and your Guarantor shall be liable for the higher rent from the date you are given access to it.

Can I choose my room?

If you follow the ‘Enquiry’ process, a member of our Student Support Team will get in contact to discuss your room preferences, however, all requests and subject to availability and conditions.

Can I choose who I live with?

If you are applying to live with friends, please ensure that you mention them when you ‘Enquire’. List the friends that you would like to live with and we will then contact the property and make the arrangements for you!

You can bring most of your belongings but some electricals aren’t suitable for the properties. Non UK compliant electricals such as rice cookers are not suitable for use with UK power outlets and this can cause fire risks.

No pets of any kind are permitted at the property, except registered assistance dogs.

This company appears to have a pattern of unfairly withholding tenants’ deposits through fabricated cleaning charges and excessive fees. Charging £78 for taking photos is completely unreasonable, especially when their own tenancy agreement states a £50 full-room cleaning fee. This suggests they are intentionally inflating costs to take money from tenants unfairly. If they have done this to multiple people, it could be considered fraudulent behavior. Tenants should be aware of their rights and dispute unfair deductions through the Deposit Protection Scheme or Small Claims Court if necessary. Always keep records and challenge any unjustified charges.

Had a very bad experience with the apartment. They would charge unwarranted fines for mistakes made by others. So, be sure to document every bit of information with a video before you move in.

Please stay away. Unprofessional and rude management. You’d be better off anywhere else. The neighbouring area is also very sketchy with sketchy people as well.

I stayed there for two nights (during the week), booked through Booking.com. Self check-in was possible thanks to a key box. The room was clean and functional. However, the kitchen (well-equipped) is shared by everyone on the floor! (I may have missed this information before booking). The gym is well-equipped. Ideally located, close to the city center, with Lidl a 3-minute walk away. A £150 (€178) security deposit was required and returned a few days after departure. 👍🏻 Excellent value for money! 👍🏻
