Location: My stay wasn’t long, but I couldn’t have been happier with the apartment’s location. It was perfect. Being in a place that was close to everything made the neighborhood feel like the right mix of peaceful and lively. Inside the apartment, it is quiet and calm. When you step outside your door, you are right in the middle of a vibrant and thrilling atmosphere. Staff: The employees were amazing. They were very amiable and courteous. I appreciated my time with them, especially with Rachel and Hannah, who offered me wonderful service and a lot of kindness during my time there. Room: The room was fine. However, I must point out that the photos on the website are mainly for marketing and show a more ideal view of what you actually get. To get a true sense of the room, picture it without any personal items—just the furniture as it is. That said, this isn’t a complaint or a surprise; it's just a detail worth mentioning. Kitchen & Cleaning Supplies: One area that could use some improvement is the kitchen and the cleaning supplies. The microwave and oven, for example, looked a bit old and could be replaced with newer models. It would also be helpful to have basic cleaning supplies like a mop, dustpan, and a few essential cooking utensils in the apartment, instead of having to buy them. However, when I asked the staff for supplies, they were happy to provide them, which I really appreciated. Still, it would be much more convenient if these items were included as part of the apartment's furnishings from the beginning. Overall: I had a great experience with them, and I am grateful for my time there. If I return to Liverpool, I would definitely stay there again. The location, staff, and atmosphere made my stay enjoyable.

worst place with worst layout. The pipes in the kitchen and the bathroom are the same, and you can smell the unspeakable stench of your roommate's cooking, dishwashing, and even intertwining. On weekdays, packages can only be picked up from 8am to 6pm. But in reality the employee holding the key gets off work at 5pm, the 6pm is a lie hahahahaha Great, now no staff at Saturday

wonderful staff, wonderful gym, wonderful library but terrible noise isolation, don't ever book room 3 in any flat, you will be stuck with the lobby view where people can watch you take a dump. guess what? It's a fire exit so can't even leave the window open, someone can literally open the window and jump into your room. room 3 shares a wall with the living space so good luck sleeping peacefully, can hear your flatmates even if they are not noisy.

Maple House is lovely! I’ve lived here through 2020/21 and think it’s safe to say this year has been a hassle for everyone. But Maple House have done their upmost to make sure everyone is happy, healthy and getting their money’s worth. Before I joined here, lots of my communication was with Chris and he made me feel really comfortable before coming and answered all of my questions. Since being here all reception staff have shown lots of interest in my welfare and all of the students happiness. Chris has been really happy helping me with my tenancy agreement and making adjustments I wouldn’t have been able to do myself.

Living here for year 2020/21 and just rebooked for next year as well. All the staff are amazing and looking to make your stay better; Chris helped sort out my rebooking which gave me a headache and i i honestly couldn't have sorted it out myself. While both Claire and Maria are the most lovely receptionists ive met who go out of their way to make the few minutes you interact with them easy going and enjoyable. Its been absolutely lovely staying here! -Arashyan. A
