Unity Square, liverpool

I have been living at Unity for a year now, and I can honestly say it has been a great experience. The location of the building is absolutely amazing — it takes me only 10 minutes to walk to my university, which is incredibly convenient. In my opinion, I have one of the coolest rooms here: huge floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows with a beautiful view of the park. It’s such a lovely space to come back to every day. Compared with other student accommodations I have seen, Unity definitely has the best kitchens. They are modern, new, and really spacious. And the management team deserves a special mention. They are fantastic — always ready to help, keeping everything clean, and fixing any issues as soon as they are reported. I honestly have no complaints. A well-deserved 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Today is my last day, and I’m leaving Unity Square. It has been an amazing time, filled with wonderful memories and experiences. A big thank you to the management for all your support and for creating such a great environment. Thanks to Nadia for all your organisation, kindness, and help during my difficult move. You made everything so much easier, and I truly appreciate it. You are a wonderful person. ❤️ I will always remember my time at Unity Square with warmth and gratitude. Thank you everyone!

After living in three different student accommodations, I am writing a review for this lovely place where I’ve lived for a year. There are both positive and negative aspects I’ve encountered during my stay. The location is neither too far nor too close to the city centre or the university; however, being situated next to a hill provides a gorgeous view of Liverpool and the Merseyside area. The staff are incredibly friendly and trustworthy. I’ve heard of other accommodations having issues with internet, water supply, or electricity, but fortunately, I had no such problems here. There were only a few minor issues. For example, the building has a central gap, and if your room faces this space, you might occasionally hear noise from people playing music (guitar, piano, etc.) or from individuals passing by and shouting. Some even make strange noises, which can be quite annoying. I’ve never understood why some people feel the need to make animal sounds when passing by! On the positive side, there is a beautiful and spacious kitchen. Every friend who has visited me here has remarked on how marvellous this place is to live in.

The place looks nice on the outside but after living for a couple of years here I’ve noticed many problems, from the lack of control of how the laundry room and vacuum cleaner booking are handled to the way the female Administrator handles situations. I have noticed she just turns her back to the problems and doesn’t solve them leaving tenants with no other choice but to rely to the other staff that are running many extra miles to keep the building afloat.

staff here are always very friendly and helpful, it’s close to uni which is always good, and not too far from town so also good for nights out :)
