I honestly recommend Prospect Point as it’s near to the University of Liverpool. The room is clean, comfortable, and has a great view. The staff are genuinely friendly, and the building feels really safe, which I think is one of the most important things for students. The regular events also make it easy to meet new people and settle in quickly. Overall, it’s a great choice for any student looking for a supportive and enjoyable place to live.

I lived in prospect point for my second year and I actually like the place , for the price I think its really really good . The bed are comfortable and the staff is very friendly. I am writing the review because I had an inconvenience recently when I was planning to move out of the accommodation as my mom was only able to come after my tenancy ends with 1 day and I spoke to the staff about it , they were very helpful and allowed me to stay for 3 more days until everything was sorted which is something I really appreciated . My freezer also stopped working once and the staff sorted it out within 24 hours , they offered to put my stuff in the freezer they have in reception which was also kind and appreciated. I also always come down to reception to print my work for university . So i think there is alot of advantages to staying in this accommodation as its quiet diverse , cheap and the rooms plus the toilet is actually nice , I would say the only reason why I am not staying next year is because my room was not getting as much sunlight and my room was too comfortable so I would sleep most of the time unfortunately 😂 but I definitely think its a nice place to live in and the staff are very kind. Reminder : if you are going to stay in prospect point I would say you might need storage boxes in the corner of the room, I bought mine from asda for like £20 and it worked fine . Thank you prospect point

Not one thing good about the place. No one is helpful, no reception staff and when they are there they pass jobs onto everyone else rather taking accountability. I had someone stopping in my flat illegally (she had pretended to be someone else). Rooms are awful and not maintained, fridges don’t work and when you request for someone to check it they pretend they have.

Safe and spacious flats with bathrooms .6 flats per communal space and shared kitchen. Just opposite to the old Liverpool Royal hospital so straight in the town center. Good prices compering to other options. Clean and comfortable. Safe student space in the heart of Liverpool.

Please, as a student myself, I do not advise living here. Save yourself the trouble. The staff are incredibly unhelpful and make false statements to back themselves up. There has been continuous disruptions with building works for months, constant disruption with the water and constant builders around the property where you have to shut your window and curtains to not be seen. The staff are constantly badgering you about little things that do not matter and when you go to complain about anything they do not care about your physical or mental health if anything happens to you. Please do NOT live there! Find yourself an accommodation where your landlord is supportive of any issues that may arise, especially when they come from them directly!
