As an international student, I trusted them when they assured me I could stay in my room for a few more days while waiting for my next flat. Then, despite that assurance, they abruptly asked me to vacate the room, showing complete indifference to how difficult and stressful it can be for an international student to move at such short notice. I felt genuinely hurt and stranded. I tried to be polite, patient, and cordial with them throughout my stay, yet this is what I received in return. Beyond this, the kitchen was regularly filthy to the point where I was concerned about hygiene and the risk of becoming ill. I raised the issue multiple times, but no meaningful action was taken and I was still expected to use it. There were also random water supply interruptions, and there seemed to be constant construction work—someone drilling, hammering, or carrying out repairs—which made it extremely difficult to study, sleep, or simply have some peace in my own room. What disappoints me most is the complete lack of consideration and reliability. When residents are given assurances, especially regarding something as important as accommodation, they should be able to rely on those words. I genuinely wish I had known beforehand that this was how residents could be treated, because I would never have rebooked my accommodation here. No matter how cordial and understanding I tried to be, it ultimately felt as though they simply did not care. The whole experience has been deeply upsetting and has completely changed my opinion of this accommodation.

I lived in prospect point for my second year and I actually like the place , for the price I think its really really good . The bed are comfortable and the staff is very friendly. I am writing the review because I had an inconvenience recently when I was planning to move out of the accommodation as my mom was only able to come after my tenancy ends with 1 day and I spoke to the staff about it , they were very helpful and allowed me to stay for 3 more days until everything was sorted which is something I really appreciated . My freezer also stopped working once and the staff sorted it out within 24 hours , they offered to put my stuff in the freezer they have in reception which was also kind and appreciated. I also always come down to reception to print my work for university . So i think there is alot of advantages to staying in this accommodation as its quiet diverse , cheap and the rooms plus the toilet is actually nice , I would say the only reason why I am not staying next year is because my room was not getting as much sunlight and my room was too comfortable so I would sleep most of the time unfortunately 😂 but I definitely think its a nice place to live in and the staff are very kind. Reminder : if you are going to stay in prospect point I would say you might need storage boxes in the corner of the room, I bought mine from asda for like £20 and it worked fine . Thank you prospect point

Safe and spacious flats with bathrooms .6 flats per communal space and shared kitchen. Just opposite to the old Liverpool Royal hospital so straight in the town center. Good prices compering to other options. Clean and comfortable. Safe student space in the heart of Liverpool.

Writing this anonymously. Do not rebook here if you actually want a decent accommodation with decent parking. The amount of money you pay for both is ridiculous, the staff simply do not care and I had such horrible experience that I’m just sad. 1. The living situation- the room is alright, but the state of the bathroom is just disgusting. Black mold everywhere, had to clean everything before using facilities. Another thing is constant renovations, drills at 9 in the morning, no explanation whatsoever, only a little card saying “renovation starts tomorrow at 9am” FOR MONTHS. If you do night shifts or just you’re a night person, you won’t get a good night sleep. The lifts don’t work, break and are unsafe to use. Were promised to have them changed few months back, but still no improvement. 2. Staff- they just don’t care, no matter how many times you complain, tell them, BEG THEM, to do anything, they just won’t care. They will lie to your face that they will take care of things that bother you but then no changes are made, just empty promises. Some of staff members (especially security) are so lovely, and I understand it’s not their fault, but my problem is with the higher ups. 3. Parking- if you have a car, I do not recommend this accommodation at all. The price for parking is ridiculous, even though u have a permit that states which space you’re occupying, in real life, it’s first come first serve basis. The staff do not care that someone occupied your space, they will even occupy yours saying “my space has been taken” even though their space is empty. They allow anyone in, and the sign that says about the fines being imposed is fake. People park whenever and wherever they want without any fines whatsoever. Some people even allow their buddies to park on sight without paying. Staff are aware, just too lazy to do anything about it. The amount of hard earned money you pay for anything in this accommodation is ridiculous. I am disappointed and sad that my pleas have been ignored, I tried to give them the benefit of a doubt but I’m simply just done.

Prospect point accommodation is in a good location and has a safe security system. The rooms are spacious and in good condition but have some expected wear and tear from previous students. Overall the room is great for a uni accommodation and was a great price for a double bed & en suite. Not all kitchen appliances were provided/working but overall it’s a nice space. The staff are helpful and I’m glad I chose here for my first year accommodation.
