I stayed in Windsor for my final year of uni and I loved it! It’s a 10 minute walk into the city centre and super close to public transport routes to the universities, though they are also at most a 15 minute walk away. All the amenities you need are between 5-10 minutes away including shops, pharmacy, and hospital. The rooms are massive and worth the money, especially with the window and balcony doors, it’s a rarity to have so much natural light. The layout is perfect as well, as all other studios I saw had the kitchen right in front of the bed, whereas these don’t. The bathrooms are also massive for a student accom. The staff are absolutely fabulous as well! The managers and front desk staff are quick to respond and super kind, as well as maintenance who are happy to come as quick as they can if anything happens! If I could I would happy come back!

Absolutely love living here! The room is huge, the bathroom’s even bigger, and it’s just a 5-minute walk from the city centre. The team is super responsive, any issues get sorted almost instantly. Honestly, couldn’t ask for a better student accommodation!

The room facilities are too old, there is no dedicated front desk, security is not guaranteed. It's already winter now, one month into the stay, the heating has not been solved, and the electric heater, table and chair were damaged when we checked in. Dragging your feet, not caring about your tenants' feelings. There's only two washers in the whole building, and one of them doesn't work. Don't ever come back. It's a terrible experience.

Winter is quite cold near windows (study desk) due to poor insulation, one can feel the cold air coming in and sometime smoke(others from the building) . Would be great if there were some thick curtains installed to help. (Update from 2026.02 personal visit) There is no study chair at the desk in the beginning, after requesting and follow up , it was delivered within a week Update notes: after reading the response, I called the +44 151 329 2734 and explained it has stools (kitchen) which is as high as the desk for study, and also explained my niece already asked the reception and understood there is the stool. The lady kindly offered to send a study desk chair tonight(2025.09.16) or tomorrow morning by the maintenance colleague. Did not have to speak to Tom or Kate general manager
