I had a pleasant stay, and the best view, at Innovo House during the 23/24 academic year. Perfect for those looking for a quiet area that isn't too far from the city center or from LJMU campus. Its location is extremely convenient considering the stores that are within a 2-3 minute walk having everything you could possibly need. Felt safe throughout my stay, and the facilities are great. The staff are also always happy to help, especially Peter, great man.

★★★★☆ (4/5) I'm overall quite pleased with my studio accommodation. The room itself is spacious and comfortable, with a standout feature being the large, functional kitchen that makes preparing meals a pleasure. The staff, especially Kayleigh, have been exceptional. She consistently goes above and beyond to assist students, is always approachable for a chat, and provides reliable support whenever issues arise. My only significant concern is the limited reception hours. Currently, reception is only staffed from 9am-2pm on weekdays and completely unstaffed on weekends. For the premium price of this accommodation, I would expect more comprehensive coverage (9am-5pm weekdays and some weekend hours). While security does patrol across sites, the out-of-hours lockout policy is problematic. Being charged a £30 fee and potentially waiting up to 2 hours to regain access to your room presents both a financial burden and safety concern, particularly in the evenings when the surrounding area feels less secure. Despite this drawback, the quality of the accommodation and exceptional staff like Kayleigh make this a good place to live overall.

Overall Innovo’s a rlly nice place, the room is great for the price and the kitchen is really big too. The staff both Kayleigh + Kyle are very friendly and always try their best to accommodate my needs or requests asap. The only problem is lack of reception staff so if you get locked out, during out of hours its quite annoying since no one is there to help you get back in so you have to call and wait.

I’m deciding to put on Star 1 because I have booked a viewing (inside at Innovo House). It was too exciting yesterday, but they’re not here at the reception, as Security has been there to speak with him. Should reply to me via email before without the update. Waste my time to be in that shame. Next time ASAP

I stay here. It is the nearest one to the university, hospital and grocery stores like lidl and home bargains and the city centre. Very spacious rooms than all other nearby places. The people here are so friendly too ❤️
