For an added travel bonus, we are found less than half an hour away from Edinburgh Waverley Train Station. So, you can hop on a train and explore everywhere else that Scotland has to show you.
Your peace of mind is our priority. We offer a flexible booking policy to protect you from unexpected circumstances. Our 'No Place, No Pay' ensures that if you don't secure a place at a university in the city, or if your course is cancelled, you can also cancel your booking with no financial penalty.

We're dedicated to making your student journey a success and helping you build new friendships in a welcoming and supportive environment.

Maia
Honestly, I won't be coming back. I arrived exhausted from my trip to a room that clearly hadn't been cleaned; everything was extremely dirty. (Banana peel under the mattress, filthy floor, dirty toilet, and so on, see attached photos.) After much negotiation with the receptionist, who kept telling me that they didn't handle the cleaning but used an external company and that he couldn't do anything (I was initially told I had to call the cleaning company MYSELF!!!), he finally agreed to call the person in charge of the cleaning company after seeing my photos. And they moved me to another room. The second room wasn't spotless either, but it was a little better. The kitchen facilities in the first room were nothing like those in the second: the second was very well-equipped, whereas the first didn't even have a kettle! So, it really depends on your luck... Furthermore, the room didn't have shutters, just a small white blind that let in all the light, so it was practically empty. So, you don't sleep well at all. Furthermore, when I was looking for my room because I hadn't understood the number the receptionist gave me, my key opened other doors, including one in a room with someone inside, which is not at all safe. There was no toilet paper in the room when I arrived, and the front desk didn't have any either I had to buy some myself! The same goes for trash bags. there is no small lamp on the desk, nor a bedside lamp just rather harsh overhead lights (unlike the photos) There is no Wi-Fi in the building, and no mobile network coverage in the rooms either. It is therefore very difficult to access the Internet something unthinkable for students. The location is pretty good, about 15 minutes by bus from Victoria Lane, which is quite convenient!! The neighborhood is nice and very calm. If you plan to stay here, pay close attention to the cleanliness upon arrival, and bring a sleep mask. But above all, enjoy yourself, because Edinburgh is sublime!!!🏰⭐🦢
