Finding Coventry student accommodation is also about choosing where your everyday routine will take place. Trinity View Coventry puts students close to Coventry city centre, with university campuses, shops, cafés and transport links all within convenient reach. That can make a difference when lectures, grocery runs and social plans all fall within the same part of the city.
The property has a broad mix of room types, so students can choose between shared en-suite living, studios and apartments. Shared flats give residents a chance to live with other students, while the self-contained options offer more privacy. Utility bills are included, and residents also have access to study, fitness and social facilities within the building.
Student routines can vary quite a bit. Some residents may spend most of their day at university, while others divide their time between classes, societies, part-time work and exploring Coventry. Trinity View Coventry accommodates these different routines through its range of living spaces and communal facilities.
The room selection starts with shared en-suite options and extends to studios and one-bedroom apartments. Students living in shared apartments have their own bedroom and bathroom, with the kitchen and communal areas shared with flatmates. Studios and apartments give residents their own kitchen and living space instead.
There are several shared areas around the property too. A student might use the study lounge during the afternoon, head to the gym later, and then spend the evening in the cinema or games room. These spaces give residents places to spend time outside their bedrooms without having to leave the building.
An on-site management team is also available for everyday support. Maintenance queries and other accommodation-related concerns can be dealt with on the property, which is useful for students living away from home.
Location has a direct effect on a student's daily routine. A property close to university, shops and transport can reduce the amount of time spent travelling and leave more room for everything else.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience here. The building management is completely negligent when it comes to maintenance and resident comfort. First, one of the elevators was out of service for several months, leaving all residents to rely on just one elevator. It caused daily inconvenience and long waits, especially during peak hours. Now, the hot water system has failed—right in the middle of winter! It’s impossible to take a shower, and there has been no communication about when it will be fixed or any form of compensation for this unbearable situation. To make things worse, the front desk often closes before official closing time, making it useless when you actually need assistance. Unreliable and unprofessional. I do not recommend this apartment to anyone. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere.

Unsafe elevator. Got an email today from the accommodation saying that the elevator was working normally and is safe. However again today the elevator jolted violently on the 7/8th floor. At least one of the elevators are out for months and for two days both were out. For a building that has 20 floors this is not acceptable. In addition the staff are either clueless or rude especially the older looking blonde one who is very authoritative without any reason when she doesn’t need to be. There is also a lack of overnight security for a place that’s supposed to be monitored 24/7.

the actual rooms or the place itself isn’t so bad. decent prices and nice rooms. however the management here is absolutely horrific and i’d be willing to live in an infested den for a year than ever have to deal with the team at this place ever again. most of them are awful and their english is poor. they know NOTHING of what’s going on and won’t be able to answer even the simplest of questions unless they get one of their managers involved who seems to never be in or is in about 20 meetings in a week, which means you’ll rarely ever get to speak to one and by the time you do manage to speak to one the issue you originally called in for has been escalated and turned into something much larger than it should’ve been. i cannot overstate how ridiculous and stupid the staff is here? i don’t know how they even have jobs? i don’t know if they’ve even been trained because with zero exaggeration they know NOTHING? sometimes you’ll even get one hanging up in the middle of a conversation or refuse to answer your calls. or you’ll get one loudly screaming at you. in fact one of my earliest memories of this place was seeing two staff members screaming at eachother. they’ll barely answer your phone calls and you’ll have to call their emergency number for normal issues which is a bit of a joke as that number should, as the name states, be reserved for emergencies. however even sometimes they don’t answer the emergency number which is disgustingly irresponsible? esp since the lifts have a loooot of issues at this place. as the other reviews have said, the lifts don’t work about half the time, the wifi is poor a lot of the times, don’t know what’s going on with the heater half the time, even the water sometimes has issues. please for the love of god either sack the current staff you have and actually hire some competent people, or retrain them. and sort everything going on with your phone number. that’s a start. would give this place 0 stars if i could. if you’re an 18 year old student please rethink ever going to this place or any place owned by mezzino, it’s god awful and has caused me an insane amount of stress. it’s disgusting.

Stayed in a shared flat for one year. It had everything you’d need, including laundry machine and dishwasher. Location is close to both the train station and city centre. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I’ve spent a lot of time with my friends playing table football in the common area, watching movies in the cinema room and cooking in the shared kitchen. If compared to many of the other dorms in and around Coventry/Warwick University, it is definitely worth its price

Very bad experience so far: - The Wi-Fi didn't work for over a month! (they blamed the provider and vice versa). Very poor termal and sound insulation (I can hear all the pipes and my neighbours talking). - The elevators rarely work. The equipment provided is of very poor quality (mattress, etc.) and sometimes breaks down (extractor hood, for instance). - The few good reviews you’ll see are most likely the result of their begging for them in exchange for a bit of free food.
