About this property
Choosing student accommodation isn't simply about finding a room. It's about finding somewhere that fits into the rhythm of university life. Trinity View Coventry does exactly that. Set close to Coventry city centre, the property puts lectures, supermarkets, cafés, transport links and everyday essentials within easy reach, making it easier to settle into a new city from day one.
Whether you're moving away from home for the first time or returning for another academic year, Trinity View Coventry accommodation offers a wide range of room options to suit different ways of living. Shared en-suite apartments create opportunities to meet new people, while studios and apartments provide extra independence for students who prefer their own space. Combined with modern communal facilities and inclusive utility bills, it's accommodation that's designed around how students actually live.
Every student's routine looks slightly different. Some spend most of their day on campus before heading home in the evening, while others balance lectures with societies, part-time work and weekends exploring the city. Trinity View Coventry has enough flexibility to suit all of those lifestyles.
The accommodation offers everything from shared en-suite rooms to spacious one-bedroom apartments, allowing residents to choose the level of privacy they're most comfortable with. Shared kitchens naturally become social spaces where flatmates cook together or chat after lectures, while studios offer a quieter environment for students who enjoy living independently.
Life here isn't limited to your room either. Residents have access to several communal areas where it's easy to switch between studying and relaxing. You might spend the afternoon working in the study lounge before meeting friends for a game, heading to the gym or watching a film in the cinema room later that evening.
Having an on-site management team also makes everyday life a little easier. Whether you have a maintenance query or simply need some assistance, support is available without the complications that sometimes come with private rentals.
Where you live often shapes how much you experience a city. Staying close to university and the city centre means fewer long commutes and more opportunities to enjoy everything around you.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience here. The building management is completely negligent when it comes to maintenance and resident comfort. First, one of the elevators was out of service for several months, leaving all residents to rely on just one elevator. It caused daily inconvenience and long waits, especially during peak hours. Now, the hot water system has failed—right in the middle of winter! It’s impossible to take a shower, and there has been no communication about when it will be fixed or any form of compensation for this unbearable situation. To make things worse, the front desk often closes before official closing time, making it useless when you actually need assistance. Unreliable and unprofessional. I do not recommend this apartment to anyone. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere.

Stayed in a shared flat for one year. It had everything you’d need, including laundry machine and dishwasher. Location is close to both the train station and city centre. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I’ve spent a lot of time with my friends playing table football in the common area, watching movies in the cinema room and cooking in the shared kitchen. If compared to many of the other dorms in and around Coventry/Warwick University, it is definitely worth its price

the actual rooms or the place itself isn’t so bad. decent prices and nice rooms. however the management here is absolutely horrific and i’d be willing to live in an infested den for a year than ever have to deal with the team at this place ever again. most of them are awful and their english is poor. they know NOTHING of what’s going on and won’t be able to answer even the simplest of questions unless they get one of their managers involved who seems to never be in or is in about 20 meetings in a week, which means you’ll rarely ever get to speak to one and by the time you do manage to speak to one the issue you originally called in for has been escalated and turned into something much larger than it should’ve been. i cannot overstate how ridiculous and stupid the staff is here? i don’t know how they even have jobs? i don’t know if they’ve even been trained because with zero exaggeration they know NOTHING? sometimes you’ll even get one hanging up in the middle of a conversation or refuse to answer your calls. or you’ll get one loudly screaming at you. in fact one of my earliest memories of this place was seeing two staff members screaming at eachother. they’ll barely answer your phone calls and you’ll have to call their emergency number for normal issues which is a bit of a joke as that number should, as the name states, be reserved for emergencies. however even sometimes they don’t answer the emergency number which is disgustingly irresponsible? esp since the lifts have a loooot of issues at this place. as the other reviews have said, the lifts don’t work about half the time, the wifi is poor a lot of the times, don’t know what’s going on with the heater half the time, even the water sometimes has issues. please for the love of god either sack the current staff you have and actually hire some competent people, or retrain them. and sort everything going on with your phone number. that’s a start. would give this place 0 stars if i could. if you’re an 18 year old student please rethink ever going to this place or any place owned by mezzino, it’s god awful and has caused me an insane amount of stress. it’s disgusting.

I have lived in this property. It is well maintained with spacious, rooms and common kitchen and tv lounge that is shared between flatmates. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The property is located not far from city centre, and other amenities. I highly recommend Trinity View to students who are looking for an accommodation and comfortable place to stay.

Very bad experience so far: - The Wi-Fi didn't work for over a month! (they blamed the provider and vice versa). Very poor termal and sound insulation (I can hear all the pipes and my neighbours talking). - The elevators rarely work. The equipment provided is of very poor quality (mattress, etc.) and sometimes breaks down (extractor hood, for instance). - The few good reviews you’ll see are most likely the result of their begging for them in exchange for a bit of free food.
