Currently living in Abbey House studio and I’m loving it!! There is a separate area for cooking and eating compared to other studios where there is only one table for everything. The price is also extremely convenient and there are two bus stations near by (walk approx 5 mins). The train station is literally 2 mins walk, also very convenient if you go to Birmingham or London a lot (like me!). Another unusual reason why I’m enjoying a lot is that there are only 6 floors, so the time waiting for the elevator is shorter compared to taller buildings. Btw, the accommodation manager Louise is also extremely friendly and helpful⭐️

[Studio review] Great location! Can't recommend this place enough if you will be commuting via Coventry station often - so close by. Every single staff member I've interacted with has been friendly and welcoming; Louise, the building manager, in particular is incredible, always willing to help and follows up on every issue you have. She's very committed to helping the students and hard working. Studio corner rooms are spacious and quiet, I'm happy with the view. Fast wifi!! Nice buildings near by, nice city area. Having stayed in 4 different university accommodations (one very near Abbey House) I can definitely say it's the best building I've stayed in personally. Nice mix of privacy, staff friendliness and responsiveness (not having to constantly chase people to get important things sorted), feeling supported and safe, convenience, noise levels and functionality. Great accommodation for students looking for a kind / safe atmosphere and post-grad students who want a decent nights sleep.

Abbey House is a great student accommodation choice in Coventry. It's a good size (not too big, not too small) and in an excellent location: less than 10 min walk to Coventry University, the city centre and Aldi, and the train station is just a block or two away. The communal facilities - laundry, gym, common area/social space - are very good and well maintained. The studio apartment is very comfortable and well appointed - great study area, smart TV and comfy bed. The kitchen space is divided from the sleeping space with a bench/shelves, which is a great feature. It's also quiet. The staff have all been so friendly and nothing but helpful. I'm happy to recommend Abbey House.

Stayed here for two years and more, a great place to stay in given the accessibility to transportation and the kindness of staff. The house manager Louise is exceptionally kind, responsible, helpful, and committed. She always putts students first and makes sure we feel comfortable as home. Always easy and effective communication with her regarding my needs. Also, love her seriousness to fire safety and evacuation, which ensures the safety of all students. I truly admire her generosity and willingness to go above and beyond to help us whenever we need it! Absolutely the best accommodation experience I’ve ever had!

Stayed in a studio flat for the past academic year and had a very smooth process moving in. Have thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The staff are all very helpful and fixed any issues very promptly. Would recommend to anyone else who is attending Warwick University as it's very close to two bus stops and a train station if you want a trip to London or Birmingham. The property manager Louise is extremely accommodating and makes the place feel very homely for students.
