I would like to take a moment to give a special mention to the new supervisor hanniaha. Hanniaha is such a beautiful addition to the staff and welcoming person, and her presence in the building immediately creates a warm and positive atmosphere. She is always smiling and greets people with kindness and makes you feel comfortable and valued. Whenever I have had any recent problem or need help with something, hanniaha never hesitates to assist. She is approachable, patient, professional, and genuinely takes the time to listen and help . She is someone you can speak to openly and comfortably without any hesitation. In my opinion, Hannahiah is exactly the kind of staff member we need on site. Her attitude and commitment to helping residents truly reflect Vita’s values and the level of service that residents deserve. I sincerely hope Vita recognises and values how much of a positive difference Hannahiah is already making in a short space of arrival. She is a fantastic addition to the team, and I really hope she continues as our supervisor for a long time to come. Thank you, Hannahiah, for being so welcoming, helpful, and approachable.

Good accommodation overall; however, there is a significant issue regarding privacy. On several occasions, members of staff have entered my room without any prior notice or warning. While I understand that staff may need access to rooms for inspections or maintenance, it can be uncomfortable when this happens unexpectedly. There have been multiple instances where staff entered without knocking or waiting for a response. On one occasion, I was in the shower when someone entered the bathroom, which was particularly embarrassing and made me feel that my privacy had been invaded. A room should be a private and safe space for residents, and it would be greatly appreciated if staff could provide advance notice whenever possible.

I had a wonderful experience staying at Vita. The staff were incredibly friendly, always ready to help with a smile. The accommodation itself is new, clean, comfortable. I also really love the gym, activities and big common space. Highly recommended!

Vita is the best place to live as a student in Coventry! You will have so much fun in all the events, meeting new people and making new friends for life. The crew is super friendly and will help you with whatever you need to enjoy your stay. The best part of Vita is that it is close to everything: the Warwick campus, Coventry Uni, train station, malls and the city centre. I loved the Vita experience.

Fantastic Student accommodation. For those wanting hi quality, this is the place in Coventry city centre. 2 minutes walk to Coventry Train station and the city's centre or bus routes for Warwick University. The rooms are well designed and furbished to a high standard. Great breakfasts are free Monday to Friday. They also have a movie room, laundry, regular room cleaning, and high-speed Internet WiFi. The staff here are great and very professional and on site 24 hours 7 days a week. You won't find better!
