Burnsall House, coventry

I love living at Burnsall House, it’s a short walk to Sainsbury’s, Tesco Cannon Park, Costco and university (Warwick). Compared to other studios in the area Luna is reasonably priced and good value for money. We have lots of amenities, a rooftop, games room, dining room. I think the best amenity are the washing machines in all rooms which saves you so much time, money and energy through the year. The best thing about burnsall is the staff, everyone is really kind and go above and beyond. There have been maintenance issues as mentioned in other reviews but this happens in every student accommodation, the building is brand new so is still settling I guess. The accommodation is quiet and residents respect each other. The area feels safe at night and we are opposite a police station. I don’t have any complaints and will be living here for another year!

I think Burnsall House is a great accommodation, to be honest. If you want a quiet place to live while still being able to have fun and socialize, Burnsall House is the place to go in my opinion. It’s a modern accommodation, and even from about 1 km away you can see the amazing shining logo on the building. When you enter your room, it looks great, and you can tell the designers really put effort into the accommodation. The lower ground floor—where you’ll find the gym, shared kitchen, and social rooms—also looks amazing and is a great space to hang out. You also can’t beat the staff. They are all nice, friendly, and regularly host great events. They are truly one of a kind and help create a welcoming atmosphere. Another big advantage is how close it is to the University of Warwick. You can take a 25–30 minute walk to the Interchange, or walk 6–9 minutes to catch either the 11 or 12X bus, which gets you to campus in under 10 minutes. It’s very easy to get to the university, which makes daily life much more convenient. Although it’s a new accommodation and there were a few things that needed fixing at the start, Burnsall House is still an amazing place to live. The staff are friendly and always ready to help out.

Burnsall house is very good, fully equipped, with all the daily necessities in the room, even a washing machine! At the same time, the apartment staff provides very warm service. When there is a problem with the room facilities, they can solve it very timely and quickly! I love this apartment！

Amazing accommodation and very friendly staff! I live in the Deluxe Balcony Studio and the room is fantastic. Maintenance issues are rare but resolved quickly, and the size of the balcony will surprise you. The accom has a communal kitchen, bike storage, gym, and a common area, all of which are incredibly clean throughout (including hallways) and the decor is some of the best i've seen. The neighbourhood is peaceful and has with well-paved roads, if you enjoy running or cycling, along with a corner shop up the road. Everything you would really need is in the nearby area, particularly cannon park shopping centre, and Warwick uni is at a convenient distance. Overall an easy 5 star.

Fabulous accommodation and extremely kind, helpful and friendly staff. The whole building is very spacious and modern with a variety of facilities such as a gym, social area, parcel collection, indoor bike storage and study spaces. The rooms themselves are very spacious and modern, with an amazing number of amenities such as a washing machine included, various mirrors, a spacious wardrobe and under-bed storage. The location is perfect due to it being a reasonable distance from a variety of shops and the University of Warwick campus. I would highly recommend. Greatly enjoying my stay. :)
