During the summer, Sara was kind enough to let us store some of our things into the house due to moving in date not being aligned with the previous moving out date. The house was spotless when we got it and she was really quick with anything that needed fixing throughout the year. Sara is one of the nicest landlady’s that I’ve had and treated us with kindness and respect. Thank you so much for the lovely house! ❤️

I rented from Sara in my final year of uni after being with an agency second year. The house was freshly refurbished before I moved in and everything was of good quality and perfectly styled. Sara was always easy to get hold of and sorted any problems (such as a faulty dishwasher) quickly and effectively. Overall the house was great value for money, would definitely recommend YourStudent! I rented off Sara for two years whilst in University. I couldn’t recommend her enough. The houses were always well kept and felt very welcoming. If we had any issues (very rarely), Sara was always happy to help and would have it sorted as soon as possible. The houses were very modern and equipped with everything needed whilst at University. Very decent price for such good service. The cleaning service provided at the end of each Semester was also much appreciated.

Sara is a great landlady, warm & friendly and cares about her tenants. I was a tenant of hers for two years at Boughey Rd whilst studying at Staffs Uni. The property was in superb condition and in an excellent location, very close to the uni campus, train station and all local amenities. The house is modern, fully furnished and rooms are a good size with a double bed and TV. Sara takes the stress out of having to pay any bills as these are all included in the rent fee which is very reasonable. Any issues we had were sorted promptly. Don't bother trying to get in the halls at Uni, If you're looking for somewhere to rent then go straight into one of Sara's properties you won't be disappointed!
