Tom at reception was incredibly helpful and friendly. He went out of his way to help me find and collect my package quickly and smoothly. As a student, I really appreciated his kindness and efficiency.

Tom Adam Sue and Jane were so helpful earlier when I had trouble getting into my room. They are also really lovely on a daily basis and are always happy to help. Thank you so much!!

I just wanted to highlight the friendliness and excellence of the reception team, in particular Tom who has always been a friendly face , always nice to have a chat with him , helped me out when I got stuck out of my room and replacing my keycard when lost the team makes me feel so safe living here! Thank you 🤩

Tom's help was great, I had an issue with my door and was fixed within minutes, rooms are spacious and you can do pretty much everything in, very strong accommodation.

I stayed at Rosalind Franklin Halls over the summer and overall, it was a mixed experience. The accommodation was decent, with some common areas offering a comfortable environment. However, I found the room to be quite basic and the facilities were a bit underwhelming compared to what I had expected. The cleanliness was generally okay, though I did notice a few areas that could have been maintained a bit better. One of the highlights of my stay was the staff at the reception. They were always approachable and ready to help with any queries. Tom, in particular, stood out for his professionalism and willingness to go the extra mile to ensure my comfort. It’s always a relief when the staff make an effort to make you feel welcome. In terms of location, the halls are conveniently located, which is a plus for anyone who needs easy access to the university or the city center. All in all, while I didn’t find my stay to be extraordinary, the staff and location helped balance out some of the drawbacks. I’d say it’s an okay option for short stays, but there might be other alternatives that could better suit my needs next time.
