St Teresa House, plymouth

This accommodation is very good. The people who work here are helpful, kind, and welcoming. Whenever you have any issue, they are always there to help you and take care of it quickly. The maintanence is very good and whenever There is anything to be fixed they do it and are available everyday of the week. The building and rooms are all very clean, nice and good looking. There are many spaces for storage in the rooms, the beds are a good size and comfortable, the bathroom is a decent size and the kitchen has almost everything you need just not an oven. There are good windows to let some light in and it’s A very cozy space. The accommodation Do many events throughout the year to everyone together, creating a nice sense community. They also have a pool table and TV which is nice as well as a laundry room and a dedicated for mailboxes. Overall, the place the accommodation is in, is very good, safe, and there are alot of places around such as supermarkets, food places, and so much more. It is conveniently close to the university , the mall, city centre, the police station, and are all a walking distance. it is genuinely one of the best accommodations for students, they even celebrate different holdidays and events for different cultures and which is very nice!

I recently moved into St Teresa House and have had a very positive experience. The accommodation is clean, comfortable, and well maintained, which made settling in easy. The customer service is one of the best aspects, the staff are friendly, approachable, and always quick to respond to any queries or concerns. Communication is clear and efficient, and you really feel supported as a resident. The atmosphere in the building is welcoming, and the location is very convenient, with good transport links and nearby shops. I would highly recommend St Teresa House to any student looking for a clean, well-managed, and supportive place to live in Plymouth.

Chloe, Willo and the team at St Teresa have been so welcoming and lovely - they are always friendly, helpful and it’s made settling in to a new city so much easier 🥹 Chloe puts on amazing themed events and activities throughout the weeks which really helps to meet other tenants as well as being creative which is much needed with the stress of University Life. The reception has multiple study spots, cozy sofa and a TV for tenant use. The studios are spacious with good storage and amenities and the location is very close to both universities and the town centre. Would highly recommend 😊

We had a wonderful receptionist. She checked on you regularly, organised different activities for us to connect as students and celebrated everyone. She made the accommodation good to live in. I would rate the support and care 10 out of 10❤️❤️

I’ve had a fantastic stay at St Theresa House! The building is kept absolutely spotless, and the facilities are modern and well-maintained. What really makes the place stand out, though, is the amazing staff. They are always friendly, incredibly helpful, and go out of their way to make you feel at home. Highly recommended for any student looking for a clean, welcoming environment!
