The WiFi here is absolutely great. The kitchen facilities in shared flat kitchens are also good, just make sure to keep things clean and perhaps organise a system with your flatmates to keep on top of that. Also, I think the beds are comfy and the chair that comes with the room is truly amazing. Plenty of sockets for devices and shelves/draws for your books and clothes, plus a handy bathroom for it too. I'd also say the events the staff organise sometimes are really fun, my only issue is that there aren't more of them because they're always great whenever they happen and they do happen somewhat often already. The laundry is good too, they recently added liquid and stuff in the laundry room itself so you don't have to worry about buying your own (I still make sure to just in case but it is a really thoughtful thing of them to do to reduce costs for people living here).

I've really enjoyed my time at Discovery Heights so far, and it's been a really nice experience. I'm very glad I chose to live here for first year, and second year going forward. The staff, especially Ellie :), are all super helpful, friendly and welcoming. They're always there if you need them, and most maintenance issue are resolved fairly quickly. The actual accommodation itself is super nice as well, and the proximity to campus is great as it's only a couple minutes away. Overall I love this accommodation and it's a great place to stay if you're looking!!

Regarding the bathroom, it is spacious, and the water temperature in the shower is amazing. The halls are always clean due to us flatmates having a rota to follow so that cleanliness is kept in the kitchen and surrounding areas. there is usually a cleaner too who helps to mop if needed. the common area is lively with a pool table, tv with entertainment services and table tennis which is so fun. the team also host social events like free waffle day, coffee and breakfast, tote bag painting which is amazing

I have had a very good experience at this accommodation. The staff is genuinely nice, always happy to help. The building's always clean and maintenance guys fix any issue within less than 2 days. The reception team especially has been very welcoming and organise loads of events like Christmas colouring, grab-a-snack days, support during exams and so many more! There's loads of board games, books and instruments alongside a pool table and table tennis table so these make it easy to wind down and have a good time with friends. The location is super convenient with university being right across the road, close to train station and we're next door to tesco. Overall, it's really comfortable and such a friendly place to live in, I'd highly recommend for anyone looking for a good experience and meeting new people : )

Great place to live, especially in first year! The staff are lovely, and always greet you with a friendly face. Maintenance are really on top of jobs and often come promptly after requests are made! Cannot fault anything really - the building is always clean and residents are respectful too. Massive bonus being over the road from campus and just down the street from drakes circus! There is also lots of chance to join in in social events in the common room- a great way to speak to new people. Overall a really great option for student accommodation in Plymouth :)
