I’ve been living here for a over a year and I’ve just renewed for next year. The rooms are very spacious and great value. Although it's around the same price compared to accommodation closer to the university the space and overall quality easily make up for it!! Genuinely, compared to other studios I viewed it's not even close. The building manager is lovely, approachable, and has always been very helpful whenever something has come up. The app for logging maintenance issues works well and anything I’ve reported has been dealt with quickly. There was a little while last year when the lift was a bit unreliable, but management were actively trying to sort it at the time and once they found the issue it was fixed and it’s been working fine for months now.

The rooms are extremely spacious and have plenty of storage for all your belongings. Since the new management has started the lift has been working and repairs are done promptly. The staff have been really nice and welcoming and have supported any issues that have been raised. The manager Becky even helped me with my car when i first moved in as it had some issues. tescos and aldi are really close and the in house gym has been really useful. The managing team also have been making a big effort to provide events and activities for the tenants including free food

This place is a complete disaster. From the moment I moved in, it was obvious no one here takes basic upkeep seriously. My room hadn’t been cleaned at all — it was filthy. The fridge smelled like vomit, the balcony was disgusting and clearly hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. Every drawer in the room was broken. The kitchen drawer was water-damaged (swollen and warped from leaks that were clearly ignored). The quality of the furniture is cheap and falling apart. And it’s not just my unit — I’ve seen other rooms with the exact same issues. Broken drawers, water damage, and lack of cleanliness seem to be the standard here. On top of all that, the lift has been broken basically the entire year. If you live on a higher floor, get ready to carry everything up and down the stairs — every single time. This place is neglected, unhygienic, and completely not worth the stress. If you have any other option, take it.

If you’re planning on staying here please be aware that the lift has been out of service for over 3 months with no plans for repair. There are about 5 floors so please beware especially with moving in, carry heavy loads/shopping/luggage, moving out and any disabilities or injuries. There are also frequent leaks especially when it’s been raining and the frequent need for people to enter your room for the checking, inspecting and servicing of things provided in your room by the accommodation. However, the rooms are big and have lots of storage space.

Such a lovely environment to live in, everyone is so friendly and it’s nice to see a smiling face at the desk when you’re coming and going:) facilities are fantastic and if there’s any issues they’re resolved quickly. Oh and my room is absolutely lovely🫶🏼
