Avoid at all costs. Will not return your deposit and will simply ignore your emails and contact attempts. This company is calculated, and disgraceful and have wronged my house and I as well as others that we know. Not to mention that management and communication throughout the year was extremely poor.

Please avoid using this company. My property unfortuneately ended up under them due to merging/selling of a previous agent and I have had nothing but problems since then. They charged my twice for a boiler repair, the money only being refunded after numerous chasing emails. Correspondance is awful, the phonelines are never answered, emails and messages are never replied to. There has been multiple errors and an extreme lack of service despite their high charges for property management. I have spent more time chasing them than I would have sorting anything out myself.

1 star does not explain how terrible this company have been over the last year. We experienced mould, damp and leaking - even having to contact the council to try to resolve the issue. They continued to ignore all issues and blocked numbers that rung the office too often.

This company will take money from your deposit at the end of the tenancy regardless of the condition you leave the property in — even if it is in a better state than when you moved in. When we challenged these unjustified deductions and asked for evidence, they simply stopped responding to emails altogether, clearly hoping we would give up rather than pursue legal action. They also failed to protect our deposit within the legally required timeframe, only doing so around three months after it was paid. Do not use this company unless you are prepared to lose a significant portion of your deposit for dubious reasons and be ignored when you try to hold them accountable.

Having been a landlord with uni 2 I am left wondering how they are still in business.My experience with their management has been disgusting. Initially they were very good at look in after my student let. However after a year and change of property manager I had to chase them constantly for my rent . I could not get replies to my queries over charges deducted . Mysterious deductions were made with no explanation . Duplicates of charges were made for work done . Incorrect rental calculations were made ( always lower than should be). I then had a large bill for work done to the house which I specifically told the manager not to do until I pre approved it . They changed the front door lock without my knowledge and then put in a key safe without telling me until I received the invoice. This is just few if the problems. I decided to sell to save hassle with them. I found there was about £2000 worth of repairs needed which the tenants had caused . The deposit did not cover it so I was left out of pocket by uni2 neglecting to do their inspections and ensure the tenants paid up. I will NEVER use this terrible organisation again and quote Jose the property manager and Margo the accounts manager as the people I would not want in my team if I ran the organisation . Do not waste your energy on them
