Had the best year at Vita Circle Square, I stayed here during my first year of uni. Lovely staff, Carly, Chris, Arya, Rafia, and Kelvin. They've been prompt, willing, helpful, and a friendly face whilst staying here. Great events and opportunities to meet other residents and nearby to Manchester City Centre and the universities. thank you vita!

Dear Vita Team, As my time at Circle Square comes to an end, I just wanted to share how grateful I am for this experience 💛. Living here over the past year has truly felt like being part of a community rather than just accommodation. 🏡✨ From the very first day, the staff have been so welcoming and supportive shout out to B9 Carly, Kris, Alex, Arya, Parker, Kai, Rafia, Louis and of course the housekeeper staffs 🙌. Every question, every request always handled with patience and a smile 😊 . The facilities here are second to none: the study areas 📚, gym 🏋️, cinema room 🎬, and social spaces have all added so much to daily life, making both work and relaxation so easy. The location couldn’t be more perfect 🌆 right in the heart of Manchester, close to uni, shops, and cafes ☕🍴. It always felt safe and vibrant, which made a huge difference. Most of all, I’ll remember the little touches the community events 🎉, the chance to meet people from all over the world 🌍 and the atmosphere that made it feel like home. My room feels like literal hell in the summer months particularly during a heatwave. As an architecture student, I know this type of airtight building insulation should come with adequate air conditioning and ventilation whereas this building does not. This creates extremely stuffy and unhealthy environments for residents. Not sure why I’m paying over £400 per week when I’d much rather sleep in the lobby or the streets in this climate. Even 15 minutes in my room makes me want to pass out. The staff here and the seasonal events are great but the lack of temperature and ventilation control is highly concerning.

I’m using a different name for anonymity. I was having a great experience until the breakfast lady started asking me repeatedly every other day if I “lived here…” why target me specifically? All three times, I mentioned my room, showed my keys, what else can I do? Also the way she used to interrogate seemed extremely racist. As a brown guy, I don’t feel like I belong here. In order to protect my dignity, I’ve stopped having this breakfast overall after that disrespect

This place is beyond incredible!! Had an exquisite stay for a year. Staffs were always so nice and helpful. Very convenient for UoM and MMU students and just 10 mins waling distance to downtown!
