I’ve had a great experience living here. The building is very safe and secure, and the reception team is always warm and welcoming. The location is excellent with easy access to public transport and nearby amenities. My room is comfortable and a nice place to relax after a long day. Highly recommend!

Great student accommodation! The rooms are clean and well-maintained, and the common areas are really nice for studying or hanging out with friends. The staff are very friendly and always helpful whenever there's an issue. It's also in a convenient location with shops and transport nearby. I've had a really good experience living here.

I had an incredible experience living here, which explains the 5 stars. Stayed here for 3 years, and the people of Therese House are always happy to help, and a joy to talk to. The security staff are also great! Shout out Joeee!!!

This student accommodation is honestly a disaster. Every month, there are days when there's no hot water, and they never fix it on time. Sometimes the water supply gets cut off without warning, making it impossible to shower. During winter break, they started renovating some rooms' floors without telling anyone. A lot of people were rushing deadlines at that time, and the noise was non-stop all day. They even continued during Christmas, with no clear timeline on when it would be finished. Then, out of nowhere, they shut down the laundry room for floor renovations, again without telling residents. Everyone was caught off guard, with no access to washing machines. The garbage area is frequently locked, and they never inform residents in advance. You take your trash downstairs, only to find it closed, so you have to carry everything back up, which is just a waste of time. If your flatmates refuse to clean, don’t bother reporting it—management won’t care. There are no consequences for messy roommates, so you're basically stuck dealing with it yourself. The kitchen appliances are mostly broken, like the vacuum cleaner and oven. The doors slam shut really loudly, waking people up at night. The fridge freezes everything, even on the lowest setting, so fruits and vegetables constantly get ruined. And when you report any of these issues, they’ll promise to fix it right away—but no one ever comes. Worse still, they mark your request as ‘resolved’, even though they did absolutely nothing. Before moving in, their email responses were super quick, but after moving in? They just stopped replying. After talking to other students, it’s clear that this place is overpriced and there are way better options. Most student accommodations my classmates stay in are cheaper and actually offer better communication, fast service, large communal spaces, gyms, cleaning services, garbage disposal, breakfast, and a cleaner environment. Honestly, do yourself a favor and book somewhere else. This place is not worth the money. 🚫
