The building is modern, clean, and designed specifically for students, with excellent facilities including study spaces, a gym, social areas, and fast Wi-Fi. The rooms are well furnished, comfortable, and feel much more premium compared to many other student accommodations in London. One of the biggest advantages is the location. Lewisham Station is only a short walk away, making it easy to travel to central London and nearby universities. There are also plenty of supermarkets, cafés, and restaurants nearby, which makes daily life very convenient. The staff were friendly, professional, and quick to help whenever needed. The community atmosphere is also great, especially for international students looking to meet new people through events and shared spaces. The only downside is that the accommodation is relatively expensive, but the quality, security, and facilities help justify the price. Overall, I would highly recommend Vita Student Lewisham Exchange to students looking for safe, stylish, and well-connected accommodation in London.

As a mother, if I could give this hell of a place 0 stars, I would, but it wouldn’t let me proceed unless I gave at least 1. So let’s get into it. After my daughter told me the story of two lovely members of staff being attacked by a delivery driver, it apparently did not once cross the mindless minds of management (specifically Toni and Joy) to install proper security for the safety of the students, the building, or the staff. Instead, they hired a big bald heffa of a man who seems to fancy himself some sort of aggressive bouncer, whose job appears to be berating students for a living. He is constantly yelling at students to show proof of living in the building as they walk in, as if it’s their fault there’s a lack of security or that management hasn’t bothered to fix the door. I unfortunately had the displeasure of interacting with him myself, and I was appalled. He yelled at my daughter to sign me in while we were already walking toward what I believe was the sign-in sheet, then demanded her proof of living in the building, despite the fact that her key was clearly hanging around her neck. I was genuinely shocked by this encounter. It truly withered me that the other people sitting at the desk doing administrative work seemed completely unfazed by this behavior. I left my daughter here with the expectation that she would be safe and treated fairly and respectfully. This encounter has disturbed me to my core. I sincerely hope the management team takes this into consideration and provides proper training on how to interact with residents with basic kindness and respect. They need to remember that these are not just “students.” VITA is their home.

I stayed here for five months to attend a language school. All the staff were friendly, positive, and solution-oriented. I would like to thank each and every one of them. I can’t say the overall cleaning was perfect, but the bathroom and sink were thoroughly cleaned and spotless every two weeks. You do need to do some cleaning yourself in between. The breakfast was quite sufficient, and there were halal options available. I wouldn’t have preferred to pay extra to use the washing and drying machines, but using them once a week was ideal. I stayed in a studio apartment, and it was definitely sufficient. I will truly miss my little home and the life I lived there. Thank you once again to everyone.
