The location is honestly one of the best things about ARK in Canning Town. The station and bus links are right on the doorstep so getting around London is so easy!🚇 The Royal Docks are really close and the O2 and North Greenwich are only a short journey away too. Great if you want somewhere that feels connected, lively and easy to get around from. 🙌

What a find! 🙌 Great location, lovely staff and a really smart, secure building. Everything feels easy here, from transport and shops to deliveries and day-to-day living. Really impressed with the whole set-up!

As a dad and someone who has worked as a building surveyor in the past, I was probably looking at this student building with a more critical eye than most. I have to say, I am really impressed! The finish throughout the building is excellent. You can see a lot of thought has gone into the detail, not just in the apartments, but in the reception, communal areas, games room, shared kitchen and living spaces too. It doesn’t feel like they’ve just created rooms for students. The whole building feels properly planned around how they will actually live, relax and socialise. Our daughter is living a very long way from home so finding a place that felt like a home from AND security was a big thing for us. Knowing there is 24/7 security and reception on site gives us a huge amount of reassurance. What’s really beneficial is the Premier Inn is directly opposite too, so when we visit our daughter, the hotel is the perfect location (with a lovely bar!). The ARK Canning Town staff are friendly and helpful from the minute we arrived, and the whole place feels safe, well managed and welcoming. Actually…they were friendly and helpful even before our daughter moved in! Transport is right on the doorstep, with shops, supermarkets, food places, a gym, Post Office and plenty more within a few minutes. From a parent’s point of view, I came away feeling very happy with where our daughter is living. 👍 I wish I was a student again!!🤣🤣💪

A family member of ours has just relocated and moved into student living at ARK Canning Town and she is absolutely over the moon with her apartment! 😊 The whole move-in experience couldn’t have gone better. I am super jealous as her apartment and all the other areas of the building are gorgeous! It’s a beautiful building in the perfect location. Love the industrial-style ceilings by the way! The ARK team have been brilliant. 🙏 Such a great place for a student to live! I feel so old as it’s nothing like my student digs from the 90’s!!🤣

As parents, finding somewhere safe and suitable for our daughter to live in London while she studies was probably our biggest concern. After seeing ARK Canning Town in person, we feel incredibly reassured. The standard of the building and apartments is excellent. The space has been designed with great care with a lot of attention to detail. There is a reception, good building security and helpful staff on hand, which gives parents a huge amount of peace of mind AND very handy for Amazon deliveries! There are also far more facilities than we expected, including laundry, a games room, shared kitchen, podcast room, meeting rooms, study pods and living areas. The location couldnt be more convenient too. Canning Town Underground, DLR and bus station are right beside the building and a tonne of food, drink and grocery venues. Everything is literally on the doorstep! The reception team have been SO welcoming, friendly and extremely helpful. We honestly could not have asked for a better place for our daughter to live. LOVE IT!🙏❤️
