Ark Canning Town, london

I’ve just moved into ARK Canning Town student building as a student and I’m genuinely so impressed!! I was nervous before arriving but the building and my apartment is amazing! Everything has been finished to a really high standard. It’s modern, clean and secure. There’s reception and security, laundry facilities, a games room, shared kitchen and living areas, plus somewhere reliable to have parcels and Amazon deliveries sent. The location is brilliant too - Canning Town station and the bus station are right here so getting to my school and around London is really easy. Within just a couple of minutes of the building there are supermarkets, grocery shops, dentists, a Post Office, barbers, pubs and places to eat, including Turkish restaurants. There’s also Pret, a gym and plenty more nearby. Most importantly, I feel really safe here. The reception staff have been so friendly and helpful since arriving. A really reassuring place to live when moving to London for the first time.

The location is honestly one of the best things about ARK in Canning Town. The station and bus links are right on the doorstep so getting around London is so easy!🚇 The Royal Docks are really close and the O2 and North Greenwich are only a short journey away too. Great if you want somewhere that feels connected, lively and easy to get around from. 🙌

A family member of ours has just relocated and moved into student living at ARK Canning Town and she is absolutely over the moon with her apartment! 😊 The whole move-in experience couldn’t have gone better. I am super jealous as her apartment and all the other areas of the building are gorgeous! It’s a beautiful building in the perfect location. Love the industrial-style ceilings by the way! The ARK team have been brilliant. 🙏 Such a great place for a student to live! I feel so old as it’s nothing like my student digs from the 90’s!!🤣

I’ve had a very good experience living at ARK Canning Town. The location is excellent, with Canning Town station which only takes few minutes to get there. The surrounding area also has everything you need, include grocery store, restaurants, pharmacy, beauty shops and gym. The staffs are friendly, helpful and responsible, and the accommodations has a great range of facilities. I especially like the study rooms, as they make it much easier for me to focus and study efficiently compared with working in my room. The ground floor communal areas are also beautifully designed and very welcoming. And I’m very happy with my room—it is spacious and comfortable. One of the biggest advantages is the air conditioning, which is available both in the rooms and in the communal areas. ARK also regularly organizes social events for residents. All in all, I think ARK is very suitable for uni students to consider as an ideal place to stay to enjoy uni life and make friends!
