I've had a love and hate kinda relationship with this place. This was my first home away from home and I'm pretty sure that's the case for most of the people who's reading this. The staffs are really helpful (sometimes) and sometimes really ignorant for some reason idk why. If you are living in kings house in Marybone 1 then get ready to climb the stairs because the elevator there is doing a part time there. Don't park your bikes outside because there's a high chance it'll get stolen and they won't have any footage to show you. There's a movie room and I'm pretty sure the HDMI cable is still broken to this day and I'm not surprised. But I still made so many memories here that I somehow love this place, it was really hard to leave. If you're an international student then this is the cheapest you have in Liverpool, if you're enrolled in LJMU then just go for it! But if you're enrolled in UOL then think it over as it'll be really far from uni and you're definitely gonna miss those 9am classes.

The accommodation is nicely located near the city centre. It is also really cheap and the rooms are comfortable. The kitchen is big enough (when you share it with 3 people). There is also always someone at the reception if you need help, and they are really friendly.

Come on! The lifts go out of service for months, power outages recently, lack of water facilities due to faulty generators, rats around dustbins, mouldy showers, infestation of silverfish in almost all the rooms. And thankfully it's 0 stars from me but I can't do it. New and upcoming possible tenants, BEWARE!! WATCH OUT AND CHECK ALL THE FACILITIES BEFORE GOING FOR AN ACTUAL AGREEMENT! Check if the lifts are working, generators working, no mould in the showers, no silverfish in the rooms, etc. And if you already seen any of the issues...sorry bro you are late and out of luck and it won't be sorted before and possibly even after you move in!

The rooms are a good size & good value for money. The location is great, like a 5 minute walk to the edge of town! Staff have been friendly and helpful at reception and the our of hours security guys. Can be a bit noisy as on a main road & the courtyard gets noisy with students drinking most nights.
