I’ve had a great experience with Luxury Student Homes during my time at university. The houses are modern, well-maintained, and fully equipped for student life. Any maintenance issues were sorted quickly, and the team has always been helpful and responsive. Would definitely recommend them to other students looking for quality accommodation and reliable landlords.

Fantastic company, quick and clear communication the entire process. All emails were responded to the same day. Had a great viewing with Jamie who went above and beyond and helped us to secure a place. The place is clean and well kept, the staff have been nothing but nice and helpful would 100% recommend.

this is a great letting company. Moving in and living in rented houses is easy and seamless, they put you as priority. The cleaners come every 3 weeks and do a brilliant job cleaning kitchens and bathrooms. The app provides quick and easy services so any problems in the house and replace broken appliances within 2 days.Would recommend to a friend.

Serious issues, definitely would not recommend!! From having an awful bathroom layout which causes burns, cleaner who does half a job and not at times creating a health hazard with poorly designed plumbing (including not being able to go to the toilet, use shower or use sinks). And much more… Firstly I will start with the bathroom layout, the toilet is placed directly in front of the towel heater which randomly turns on based on the temperature in the building. This is placed so close to the toilet that you WILL burn yourself once every week or two (if not more). With one burn that was hurting for over a week from it. Secondly, the cleaner comes once every two weeks (which is included in the rent price), however the kitchen is always half clean once they leaves. (Occasionally they do a good job though) Lastly, on two occasions we have been left without being able to use the toilet and bathroom sink and once without being able to use the shower and kitchen sink. We had sewage pouring out of our showers and toilets and their solution was to send someone with a plunger (both times). Both times he could not sort it so they said we had to wait for someone to come the next day to fix it. This meant we went without any facilities to go to the toilet or have a shower and had to sleep with a biohazard (chunky brown sewage) coming out in our bathrooms. This created so much anxiety and stress that we have nightmares about it and are always scared it’s going to happen again. Nothing has been done since to prevent it happening again. Their solution was not to give us temporary accommodation (even after we asked), but was to use our flatmates bathrooms. These bathrooms are their personal ones and they are behind a locked door in their bedrooms. No one was available to let us use their bathrooms on both occasions. They put the blame on us even though footage from the second time prove it was normal toilet waste. There has been 3 occasions we have had issues with the plumbing, but ofc they blame us with no proof. Bonus point - When we moved in there was glass inside the washing machine smashed. We contacted them a few times and they kept claiming to have got rid of the glass but we kept finding glass and gave up. It was super dirty (mud etc from the last tenants) and we had to clean it ourselves (which took ages). Another bonus point - Half of the time we were not informed about viewings and had one time where we had a random guy trying all the doors in the flat. Which apparently after speaking to him, was in the wrong flat. Would really not recommend LSH, they do not take care of their tenants. Between safety hazards, ignored maintenance issues, and plumbing disasters, I would strongly advise avoiding this property.

Luxury Student Homes have been an amazing student accommodation. The property was beautiful and in great condition. If I ever had any problems they were always dealt with quickly. I had also asked for a table and chairs since we had space in the living room, this was given to us the next day and made the property more homely. They provide fantastic service as well as frequent noposit offers for discounts when shopping, and prizes for a chance to win money back, which is a nice gift as a student.
