Not a very welcoming housing areas, car parking was a nightmare despite them implementing a fee. House was ‘refurbished’ terribly , you could still see the grey though the white , carpets were laid and don’t meet the skirting boards , paid as private tenants and treated like students - monthly inspections and failed on items like ‘work bag in the communal kitchen or hall way’ we paid for the two of us to live there exclusively and we’re still expected to have the floor clear of obstacles so ‘other housemates can use the property freely’ Numerous times we would receive an email saying that we were late in paying rent , only for it to be that they had ‘lost’ the transaction. The road was redone when the now landlord &agency took over but within a matter of months it was back to being a pot holey mess. Buy cheap buy twice I guess On the odd occasion we had our front door unlocked we had random people just walking in the from door, booking.com and air b n b guests who had the wrong address but just walked in to find their room. Contractors wouldn’t knock or email to let you know when they were arriving either they would just walk in or use a key if the door was locked (despite being reminded multiple times) You can definitely get better value for money else where

It's an absolute crap hole of a place to live there's rubbish everywhere rats running all over and students sleep two in each single room so you cannot get your car parked for trying also not many of the street lights are not working. If your planning on renting a property on here stay away.

Such an amazing accommodation for students and Professionals. Wide South Asian community,green spaces, great management system and the staff at the reception are very friendly
