Our Sheffield site offers shared ensuite accommodation options and independent private studios – with solutions and layouts for every budget and living preference.

If we have adequate availability, you will be presented with the LIV Student contract, followed by a series of on-screen instructions to secure your spot.

Located in Sheffield’s student quarter on Ecclesall Road, the LIV Student accommodation block looks, from the outside, like any other student housing. But once you step inside, you will see that this is more than just somewhere to crash at the end of a long day or an exciting night.

Our student accommodation is considered by residents to be the very heart of their social life during those crucial first days, months, and years away from home. When travelling further afield, the area is very well-connected in terms of transport.

Our fully furnished Sheffield student flats are just a short 15 minute walk from the top local universities, University of Sheffield and Sheffield Hallam University City Campus, making it the perfect place to call home during your studies.

We are a short distance to everything you could wish for, including some great cafes, bars, restaurants, clubs and shops – from the cheap and cheerful clothes from nearby charity shops, to high end retailers for expensive gifts for if you’re feeling flush, its all a stones throw away.
