A: Your rent includes: Utility bills Internet (100MB broadband) Individual content insurance TV Licence in cluster apartment kitchens, studios, and 1-bedroom apartments

A: There is no administration fee or deposit to pay. However, a one-off, non-refundable utility fee of £175.00 is required on signing the Tenancy Agreement. This fee covers all your utility costs for the entire tenancy.

A: For UK residents, the payment schedule is as follows: First 4 weeks: paid in advance of moving in Next 40% (after deducting first 4 paid weeks): due by 15th October Next 40%: due by 15th January Final 20%: due by 15th April For all other students, 30% of the annual rent is payable on signing the Tenancy Agreement, with the remaining 70% paid in two further installments of 35%.

A: To stay at Asha House, you do not need a guarantor.

A: Due to insurance restrictions, overnight stays by guests and friends are limited to two nights per week and are subject to agreement by the other members of your apartment. You must notify the Accommodation Team in advance. Your guests are not allowed to remain in the building without you being present at all times. Please note that you are responsible for the behavior and conduct of your guests while they are on the premises.

A: Yes, if you wish to live with your friends, each student should complete an Application Form and specify that you want to live as a group. Please note that these requests are subject to availability.
