Tudor Studios Leicester student accommodation on Tudor Road, with a choice of en-suite rooms and private studios. The property is suitable for students who want either shared living arrangements or their own kitchen and bathroom. It is also within reach of Leicester's universities, shops, cafés and public transport.
The accommodation is managed by Cloud Student Homes and includes furnished rooms, high-speed Wi-Fi and several shared facilities. Residents can use the common room, games room, garden and on-site gym, while bike storage, maintenance services and CCTV cover some of the practical parts of daily living.
Tudor Studios offers two main types of accommodation. The Classic En-suite has a private bedroom and bathroom, with the kitchen and communal living space shared with other students. The studio options are self-contained, giving residents their own kitchen, bathroom and study area.
The choice between the two comes down largely to how you prefer to live. Shared flats give students more opportunity to spend time with flatmates, while a studio provides more privacy for cooking, studying and relaxing.
There are also shared areas within the property. The common room and games room give residents somewhere to meet other students, and the garden provides outdoor space. Students can also use the on-site gym and fitness centre without having to travel elsewhere for their workouts.
Students searching for cloud student homes at Tudor Studios may be looking for a residence that combines private accommodation with shared facilities. Tudor Studios provides both formats, with several room categories at different starting prices.
Tudor Studios is located on Tudor Road, with Leicester's university campuses and city-centre facilities accessible from the property.

Tudor Studios Leicester has both en-suite rooms and private studios, so students can choose between shared living and a more independent setup. The accommodation is furnished and includes high-speed Wi-Fi, which removes some of the arrangements that would otherwise need to be made before moving in.
Its location also puts students within reach of university campuses, public transport, shops and other everyday facilities. Students joining a Leicester university through Clearing should check room availability early, as the choice of room types can become narrower closer to the start of term.

The rooms are spacious and comfy for the price you pay. The location is near DMU and there are many stores nearby which is convenient. Shanel and Becky have been extremely helpful and supportive throughout my whole stay, so I wish them the best for their time at Tudor Studios!

The best part of this Student Accommodation are the Ambassadors If has any issue even later in the night, you can call them for help. I take my ,🎩 for them. The regular staff are nice too. But the company,😡😱😎🤔😤😫😵💫!!!!!!! *I just want say thank you to Sonia the admin manager from Tudor road in Leicester. She did what she could to help and assist me on since my check in till the day she left. I can imagine how difficult was to control a place full of students which a big part of it have no education. And did it alone. The building has no attention from the company, short of staff , quite difficult communicate with had office. I don't recommend this place. But,👏,👏👏for Sonia to take all the responsibility by her own. She is very capable and I wish her a bright future They are students that take their time off to take care the building during wkds and when the office is close.

I've been here for 2 years. If you respect yourself and your money, go somewhere else. There are ongoing problems with homeless people, bike theft, weak security, mail handling, ants, fly tipping and office incompetence that are too much. There are a lot of issues outside the room, and while they’re solvable, it would take effort from management to actually fix them (and they won't). - Homeless people lived here for over one month in bike rooms, and staff did not do anything? -Stolen packages and unwillingness of staff to help with it -Temperature EcoStat 3 radiator: it won't heat over 18 degrees to save money, which sucks when it get cold outside - Security issues with front and back doors: both were left open while the door system was being changed (it took about a month). The back door still doesn’t work with a fob and is chained and obviously with homeless people living on the properties of accommodation, that should tell you enough about how secure this place is - Ant infestation ongoing since summer 2025. Apparently almost all rooms have problems with them, but management will tell you you have to sort it yourself - Bike rooms: bikes and wheels are very often stolen. I had my wheels stolen myself. You’ll see many bikes missing that are just frames or just wheels. There’s no surveillance in the area, and you can’t safely leave anything. - Constant fly-tipping: I don't think broke fridges and microwaves and TVs should be exposed outside to the weather for months - No mailroom, only an open reception. You can only pick up letters during specific hours, but the times are not clearly stated and sometimes staff won't even come - To get your mail, you have to sort through all the letters for the entire floor or the building depending on if staff put it by mistake in other boxes (this has happened to me a couple of times). If you’re waiting for something important, you need to check daily. It’s frustrating, especially since a proper mailroom does exist, but they just don’t use it - Some people just leave messes or trash around because they don’t know how (or don’t care) to dispose of things properly - No cooker hood in my unit. There's something on the ceiling that’s supposed to collect air, but it doesn’t work well - Burning food slightly can trigger the fire alarm because windows only open a narrow gap; you can’t properly ventilate - If there ever was a real fire, the place would burn to the ground: they occur so commonly that no one takes them seriously (and they are very sensitive). - The building layout is confusing. And the directions aren’t intuitive at all. - Whatever decorations are shown in photos outside are actually mouldy and unusable - No one ever pick up the phone or writes back an email. - If something happens in the accommodation and you need access to CCTV for the police, they will not give it even when police are involved because it is ''to hard to look through all recordings'' and to look ''minute by minute'' (You know you can skip right?) - Sketchy place to live in Way fewer positive things than negative but + There is an elevator + Cleaners come from time to time + Thick walls (at least on the 2nd floor): you can’t hear other people + Gym available with an elliptical trainer, treadmill, rowing machine (and a bicep curl machine, but it's unusable due to missing parts) + A dancing room is available + Common room with couches, a TV, some board games, table tennis, and a billiards table + Staff live in the building: if you lock yourself out or can’t get in, someone can help you open the door + They’ve added couches near the entrance, which makes the entry area more comfortable and welcoming. + It’s not far from the university, and there are lots of shops nearby, a very convenient location overall

This is my second year staying here, and I want to recognise the outstanding work that Sonia does as our assistant accommodation manager. From the very beginning, I had issues that needed attention, and Sonia was the only person who stepped in and actually helped. She took responsibility, followed up, and made sure everything was resolved which is something she has continued to do throughout my time here. Despite being the assistant manager, Sonia consistently carries out the work needed to keep things running smoothly. She handles concerns promptly, stays approachable, and goes above and beyond for residents every day. Her commitment, organisation, and genuine care are clear to anyone who interacts with her. What makes her efforts even more impressive is that she often manages all of this without the level of support someone in her position should receive from higher management. Even so, she continues to take initiative and ensures that residents are looked after and that tasks are completed properly. I also want to mention that I raised some of my concerns with the regional manager, but unfortunately I didn’t receive the support I was hoping for. Sonia, however, immediately took action and ensured everything was properly handled. My experience really highlighted just how dedicated and reliable she is. Her hard work and dedication shouldn’t be overlooked. Many of us see and appreciate everything she does, and she deserves recognition for the essential role she plays in making this accommodation a positive place to live.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. On moving day I had ants infest my room and when raising concerns to management I got told it is my issue and I should solve it myself. I raised complaints about it throughout the year and it was only a month before I moved out that it was managed. Fire alarms were going off practically everyday and sometimes up to 7 times a day at ridiculous times in the morning, disturbing my sleep. Front door didn't work for most of the year meaning anyone could walk into the building, which is not ideal considering how unsafe the area is. Trash in the corridors that took weeks to get cleaned up. Now its been 5 months since I've moved out and 3 months since my contract has ended and I have still to receive my deposit. I have made multiple attempts at contacting them but I have received no answer. The phone goes straight to voicemail, voicemails are ignored, I have emailed every email possible yet I'm still ignored. I have even gone into the office where most of the time I am told there is no management in, and when management is in I'm told that it is not their job to return the deposit. However when I call mydeposits they have stated its management's responsibility to release the deposit. Would not recommend.
