Its central location places students within easy reach of universities, transport links and some of Liverpool's busiest shopping and entertainment areas.
One of the main bonuses of living here is the little time you spend travelling. The hotel is within walking distance of everyday basics and the university campuses.
Liverpool Lime Street and Liverpool Central stations provide easy access to travel across the city or home during holidays from university. Liverpool ONE Bus Station is also convenient for local bus services throughout Liverpool.

The Gym Group Liverpool Central is also nearby for those who like to keep active, and St John’s Gardens is a great option whenever you want to escape the hectic city streets and find a sense of calm. For those who like to study outside of their room, Liverpool Central Library is also close by.
Liverpool ONE retail center adds another layer of convenience by bringing together fashion boutiques, supermarkets, restaurants and entertainment venues in one spot. Healthcare is also conveniently accessible from the home with The Royal Liverpool University Hospital in close proximity.

Some of the reasons students choose this residence include:
City-centre location with easy access to multiple university campuses.
Choice of en-suite rooms and private studios.
Utility bills and broadband included in the rent.
Dedicated study spaces alongside social areas.
24-hour security, CCTV and secure entry systems.

Every student has a slightly different idea of what makes good accommodation. Some want to be close to campus, while others care more about having privacy or useful facilities under one roof. St Lukes View Liverpool manages to cover each of those without feeling oversized or impersonal.
The mix of en-suite rooms and studios means there's accommodation for students who enjoy sharing with flatmates as well as those who would rather have their own space. Dedicated study rooms, common areas and outdoor courtyards give residents somewhere to work, unwind or simply spend time with friends without always leaving the building.

My son stayed here for his first year, and it’s truly a wonderful place. Unfortunately, there was an accident with his shower that caused a flood, but the team responded immediately and handled everything so efficiently. They had his room and the hallway cleaned and restored to normal in no time at all. What really stood out was their compassion and understanding. They were incredibly supportive and even offered him complimentary laundry tokens so he could wash and dry all of his clothes. Such a caring and professional team — a fantastic place to stay. We’re very grateful for their kindness and quick action.

I’ve been living here for a while now and really happy with the overall experience. The reception staff are incredibly friendly and always quick to help with any maintenance requests or parcel collection. That’s a great sense of community here as well, with plenty of fun social events where you can meet new people. Most importantly, I feel very safe because the keycard access systems work well and gives me real peace of mind. I always feel very safe and comfortable.

One of best student accommodation in liverpool. Stayed in ensuite 5 room cluster from Jan 2025-Aug end @£165 pwpp. Pros, top notch facilities, student centric helpful team and near to everything (within 1km). Only cons are (1) sound pollution, darting emergency vehicles, partying sound from Metrocola pub and early morning road cleaning trucks, the windows are soundproofed but still it's not 100%. (2) Shower drain needs regular maintenance, which Unitestudents always do promptly. They even preemptively change shower heads. I have heard only good things about all Unitestudents managed properties. Would recommend international students to blindly trust them.

The staff have been the most helpful for me. Whether its just being kind or helping fix things, they have all gone above and beyond to create a sense of home away from home for me. I have felt safer than i would have expected moving here to a different city and that is thanks to the security of the accommodation For residents after nights out

My daughter had numerous problems with flat mates. The trashed her flat on several occasions. Despite the fact we reported this on 3 separate occasions, nothing was done and in fact, they were made to tidy up. Avoid!
