Fairly good year at Arrad House. Very good value for money, with reasonable and fairly modern flats. The rooms were comfy and big enough. The staff were helpful and friendly too. The kitchen and appliances were outdated and a bit dirty before moving in, and there is no extractor fan in the kitchen. Moving in and out is difficult without help due to the lack of lift.
