1 Bedroom House at Flat 20, Grove Street Studios, The Groves, liverpool

This place is awesome! Very close to what I needed. Literally less than 10 minutes from the university, the university gym and a big TESCO market is only 4 minutes away. My room is cozy and comfortable, and the kitchen is very spacious as well. Had some issues at the beginning regarding maintenance and payments but got fixed after a while. The staff here are awesome! Big shout out to Chloe, Steve, David, and Abby for being supportive and helpful.

The accommodation near the University of Liverpool is an excellent choice for convenience and comfort. It's just a 10-15 minute walk to campus, with a peaceful environment perfect for studying or relaxing. The facilities are well-maintained, and the staff deserve a big shoutout for their friendly and efficient service

One of the best accommodations, where the staff and management are extremely helpful. In any situation, they are always ready to support students staying in their accommodation. I would also like to specially mention Cloe, who is truly one of the most helpful, kind, and friendly staff members. Students here come from many different countries, and she treats everyone with great care and warmth—just like a sister or a family member. Her support makes a big difference and creates a very comfortable and welcoming environment for all residents.

I am so happy with the whole booking process and cannot thank Chloe on reception enough for all of her help!!! Me and my friends will now definitely be moving in next year and we cannot wait. Communication has been outstanding and the accommodation looks great. It's a lovely location and I now cannot wait to start my Second Year! The staff have been so helpful over the last few months.
